Pros:

スタッフの方の対応が丁寧で笑顔が素敵でした。

朝食は少なくなってきた料理は直ぐに追加され、品切れの状態がなく、スタッフがいかに目配りしながら働いているのかが垣間見れました。またカレーのルーは具材がゴロゴロと入っていて、手作り感がありチョッピリスパイスが効いていて美味しかったです。また時間を決めての朝食なので、席がないとか列に並ぶとかなく、スムーズでこれは嬉しかったです。

ホテル内は全体的に清潔感があり、部屋も掃除が行き届いていたと思います。

Cons:

建築の問題なので仕方ないとは思いますが、エレベーターが1基しかないので、混み合う時間は高層階の方は降りるのも上がるのも大変だと思いました。また大浴場が1階なので、ルームウェアの方と乗り合うと、お互いチョッピリ気まずい感じになってました。

お風呂が温泉で、コンパクトながらサウナと水風呂もあったこと。

Cons:

朝食が混んでいて並ぶ時間が長かった。30分ごとの入場予約で工夫がされていた。実際にコンパクトな会場で最大限の工夫をされていたと思うが、子どもも多く並ぶ時間が長かった

大変良かったです！
Pros:

スタッフさんの対応も良く、清潔感もありました。時間的に大浴場を利用できませんでしたが、次回は利用してみたいです。お部屋に置いてあったお水も美味しかったです。駅前なので飲食店も多かったです。

Cons:

朝食がもう少し種類があれば良かったです。駐車場も満車だったので、裏手の立体駐車場に停めました。提携されているようで、サービス券をいただきました。

Pros:

宿泊費の安さと駐車場がある。ウェルカムドリンクと大浴場がある。エアコンは快適。

Cons:

地下駐車場が狭い。エレベーターが1台しかなくしかも狭く混雑している。食堂が狭いのと朝食の種類が少ない。
