Pros:

Отель расположен в самой туристической зоне, удобная транспортная доступность. Красивая локация. Окна и балкон моего номера выходили на пешеходную улочку и церковь, очень атмосферно. Девушка на ресепшн очень доброжелательная, и все сотрудники довольно приветливы. К гостинице примыкает ресторан, где очень вкусная кухня и после долгой дневной прогулки можно поесть и вернуться в номер. В номере потрясающий для гостиницы напор воды (часто с этим бывают проблемы). Тут даже массаж можно делать.

Cons:

Во-первых, завтраки. При том что они подавались в ресторане, где прекрасная кухня, их вкус и вид даже до "тройки" не дотягивает. Еда очень скудная. Из горячего на завтрак были какие-то красные, химического вида, сосиски, омлет, который пах пережаренными яйцами, и обжаренная гречка. Все три дня, что спускалась на завтрак было одно и то же. Спустилась пораньше - получилось взять вареное яйцо. Их было мало, и их разбирали в первую очередь, потому что омлет крайне неаппетитный. К этому подавалось немного рассольного сыра, салаты, по виду оставшиеся с вечера заготовки от ресторана, лепешки тоже вчерашние. Как-то раз застала последний кекс. Учитывая, что гостей в отеле было немного, их изначально было, видимо, штук 5. Хлопья и молоко, кофе и варенье тоже были.

Во-вторых, интерьер. Выбирая гостинцу, я ориентировалась именно на интерьер. Это была уже четвертая поездка в Тбилиси, до этого выбирала крупные отели или современные небольшие гостиницы. В этот раз хотелось истории и самобытности - и расположение гостиницы этому способствовало. На фото все выглядело примерно, как и хотелось бы. Резные деревянные орнаменты, простые стены, красивые люстры. Здание само исторической. Резной балкончик в комнате был и красивая хрустальная люстра тоже, но в гостинице идет ремонт. Это уже вообще-то дискомфортно, потому что за дверью постоянный шум и голоса - там ходят рабочие. Они обшивают стены самыми простыми пластиковыми панелями с имитацией реек, и это напрочь убивает исторический вайб, как будто дешевый офис получается. Было обидно.

В-третьих, плесень. Здание старое, поэтому "поплывшие" стены и запах старого дома допустимы, я к этому была готова. А вот черная плесень в душевой - это то, что можно и нужно отчистить.

In the middle of everything
