Relaxed en toch downtown Kuching
Pros:

De plek in Chinatown vlakbij de rivier en op een heuvel is fantastisch. Er zijn veel fijne ruimten in het hotel om te zitten en het zwembad is prettig.

Cons:

De bedden zijn nogal hard en de kamers gehorig. Ook is er een vrij drukke weg die ‘s nachts goed hoorbaar is. Er zijn veel trappen. Van de receptie naar de begane grond zijn het al 48 treden. Het ontbijt is echt heel simpel

Fantastic historic residence with lots of old world charm.
Pros:

loved all the old furnishings, beautiful hardwood timber and historic charm including the old photographs on the walls and the liitle niches to read or relax. The pool was lovely and didnt have too much chlorine.

Cons:

The breakfast didnt have much variety or fruit (ocassionally fruit on some days but not on most) (I don't eat gluten so bread can be an issue for me personally) I also had a problem with the light outside my room vetiallation grill and it let bright light from the exit sign in at night time- which i had to cover with a t-shirt.

Bel établissement bien placé mais mal entretenu
Pros:

Emplacement, piscine, lit confortable, propreté.

Cons:

Une partie de la chambre était sous un escalier en bois donc énormément bruyant à chaque passage, très mal insonorisé nous avons dû demander à 1h du matin au personne de la chambre au dessus d arrêter de parler et déplacer des valises, petit déjeuné vide 20 min avant la fin, on l a signalé à un employé qui n en avait rien a faire et a finit par nous emmener du pain.

Magnifique mais bruyant
Pros:

Très bon emplacement en plein centre ville.
Bâtisse anglaise avec beaucoup de charme.
Belle piscine. Très belle vue

Très bruyant (on entend les voisins comme s'ils étaient dans la piece)

A great place for a 3 night stay exploring the city. After a day touring, the pool was a pleasant relief. The small breakfast was great.

Goede ligging in kuching

Cons:

Door centrale ligging, verkeer hoorbaar
Het ligt iets ook een heuveltje; dus koffers omhoog tillen via trappen.

Pas terrible…
Pros:

Très Bien placé, plein d’options pour manger.
Un peu old school mais ça a son charme.

Cons:

Assez bruyant dans l’ensemble, porte qui claque, les voitures et la ville pas loin, le bip bip des portes quand on ouvre. Les gens… L’enfer c’est les autres !🤣
Petit lits
Des cheveux dans le sèche-cheveux, et le sol de la salle de bain pas très bien aspirer. Pommeau de douche cassé.
Difficile de trouver le bon réglage entre le chaud et le froid.
Ils font les chambres que au bout de 3 jours.
Et sinon le matin à partir de 10 heures il vous laisse deux bouteilles d’eau.
Personnel pas très aimable, sauf à la réception.
Petit déjeuner très simple , toast, céréales, café, thé. Servi de sept heures à 10h. Ne venez pas à 9h55 car la personne qui s’occupe du petit déjeuner est déjà en train de taper du pied à 9h40 devant la porte pour vous presser . À 9h59 porte fermée, impossible d’accéder au petit déjeuner.
Piscine très trouble .
Bref, pas terrible

Comfortable character hotel
Pros:

A nice character hotel close to the waterfront and the plaza shopping center that has a large supermarket in the lower level. There are plenty of eating and drinking establishments nearby, some more adventurous than others. Friendly staff, nice pool.

Cons:

breakfast was very simple (toast, cereal, tea, coffee) but plenty of local options just down the street when we wanted something more substantial. We frequented the Wind Meal cafe one street over.

Top locatie! Sfeervol verblijf met lekker (klein) zwembad.

Cons:

Vier persoons kamer was erg klein. Ook geen plek om je spullen neer te leggen.

Pros:

Joli hôtel, avec charme, très bien située
.Les plus: le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse et l agréable piscine située dans un joli jardin,pour se relaxer en fin de journée
