Great location near Nishiki market, comfortable beds and great facilities in the room. Also the staff were all very helpful

Location was incredible, walking distance to nishiki market and all the shopping and restaurants were so close by. It was modern and clean, beds were comfortable. We took the largest 4 bedroom with a small terrace and we were a family of 6. Lived the laundry and. They provide laundry pods. They did a cleaning once during our stay which was great.
Apartment is small in size, still comfortable. We had - kind with an ensuite full bathroom and there was a toilet in the hall and a shower in the laundry room. Could have been useful to have a third toilet but it was fine for us.
The woman working the desk gave us the keys and then took us up to the apartment and showed us a few things before she left us there. I loved that they had a really good grocery store nearby with a 7-11 and Lawson's. The apartment had a lot of space with their two toilets and two showers. They also had a washer/dryer combo machine. Within 3 hours, our load was totally done. This was a game changer for our visit to Kyoto!

Perfect for our family. We had 2 apts across from each other which was nice for all the 6 children. Staff was very helpful.

We stayed in the two bedroom apartment. It is spacious and quiet. The location is fantastic. The washer/dryer in the unit was really helpful to have. This was our second stay here.

Die Wohnung war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Es hatte Waschmittel vorhanden und es wurde auch gut erklärt wie man die Maschine bedienen muss. Ebenfalls waren alle anderen elektrischen Geräte auf Englisch ebenfalls notiert, dass man nicht werweisen musste wie man es benutzt.
Ebenfalls war die Lage nur zwei Gehminuten neben dem Kawaramachi (Einkaufsstrasse) gut gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch Essmöglichkeiten war in der Nähe. Was mit unserem 16-Monate alten Kleinkind von Vorteil war.
Der Wohnbereich hätte ein wenig grösser sein können aber man kann sich arrangieren. Ebenfalls kann man daran nichts ändern, da es baulich bedingt ist.
