The staff, food, room was amazing....so were the cocktails!! We also took time out to use the pool which was really lovely

Great location! There is a supermarket nearby, a big park, lots of restaurants and transportation, it's right in the city center. The breakfast was exceptional, the staff was wonderful and very helpful.
The pool is such a game changer if you travel with kids!
When the rooms get a daily cleaning (and I get that there are many rooms and not a lot of time) was less than satisfactory. More than once we had to inform the staff at the reception desk that our room should be vacuumed because there were crumbs and stuff all over the floor (we have a little child who gets messy and when coming back from the pool, would walk on the carpet and get all kinds of old food stuck to his feet).
Another thing was the pool, while great, in one of the shower stalls there was a very heavy metal bar that was loose and it hit my head when I was showering after the pool. I had a BIG bump for days! It's such a safety hazard, especially for moms travelling with kids (thankfully, my husband had taken our son to the other bathroom). I informed the reception and hope they have fixed this.

La polvere ovunque! Ho tossito continuamente, ma dal primo all'ultimo giorno la polvere è sempre rimasta dov'era. La moquette ed un runner sul letto non si possono più vedere in hotel di media o alta fascia. Non sono igienici!
I piatti della colazione, a volte, presentavano segni di lavaggi frettolosi.
Qualche servizio di cortesia in più, come i dischetti di cotone, sarebbe stato gradito.

Das Frühstück war super. Und auch die Lage war gut, man ist in 10 Minuten im Zentrum. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Leider war der poolbereich nicht sehr sauber. Vor allem die Sauna und der Boden waren dreckig.
Central location. Friendly welcome at reception, superb room and pool facilities.
Rooms were excellent, breakfast was very good and the staff were so friendly and obliging. The swimming pool was a great hit with the grandchildren. When we left, the reception staff kindly looked after our luggage until we were ready to catch our return train later in the day.
