Pros:

When we arrived there was a road closed for one night sign outside the hotel and sure enough they were digging the road up outside our window. The staff couldn't be more helpful and found us a room the other side of the hotel for a peaceful night's sleep. The in room facilities were great, room was clean and location was perfect.

Nice hotel with excellent location
Pros:

Excellent location, friendly staff, very nice food at the restaurant, nice selection

Cons:

the main problem was house cleaning, the room wasn't made most of the days even past 2:30pm, i had to call several times for them to send the cleaners

Our issue is your iasu
Pros:

We had our room upgraded.

Cons:

Communication was poor with regards to receptionist to customers.
We arrived after our check in time with our room not ready. Suggested we go swimming whilst they check on our room - came back over a hour later and had the same response. They didnt know if the room was ready and there is a house keeping issue.
Some of the ladies were trying to be helpful but saying its not their fault (which its not) due to no staff but having to chase for whats going on was becoming draining. Ive paid to stay in the hotel and I was made to feel it was my issue. Male staff receptionist didn't smile / acknowledge customers. Walked in walked out.

Place was clean and room was great but for the services we were provided- certainly won't be back.

Great for the centre of bath
Pros:

Really nice hotel, amazing, spacious room with really comfortable bed

Cons:

My pillows smelt of dirty hair. Whether it was the linen or pillow I will never know but it was a definite smell. I was so tired I slept with no pillow - the bed was so comfortable though!
