Excellent
Pros:

Loved everything. The rooms were comfortable, the air con very effective in the heat, the spa and pool area was small but I had it to myself a couple of times which was lovely. Breakfast was good. Location great. Staff were great

The Apex provided everything we needed for our five night stay in bath. We were able to walk there from the train statio
Pros:

Nice, clean room in a good location. Large spacious room. The pool area was a nice addition. You have to sign up in advance to use it but that was easy.

Cons:

The breakfast was fine but a bit expensive.

This was a great place to stay for a few days in Bath. We were close to sights, restaurants, parks.
Pros:

Loved the location and the room was also really nice. Breakfast was convenient but a bit pricey. We sent out laundry that didn't come back as planned, but the staff was wonderful and very responsive about tracking it down and getting it to us.

Lovely stay and amazing supportive staff
Pros:

The facility is excellent and impeccable, clean and is in the downtown

Cons:

Parking . They don’t have parking arranged . Also when I park in the loading area I’m not very comfortable when I’m loading because it doesn’t say clearly on the street that it’s a loading area allowed for cars

Great birthday stay
Pros:

Good location towards bath coach station and railway station - 10/12 minutes. Family room was of good size, separate bath and shower facilities. Pool and gym included. Lovely birthday stay

Excellent location comfy
Pros:

Excellent location close to the city centre. Very comfortable and large room with all the facilities you need.
Did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on that.

Cons:

Nothing really hotel felt a bit corporate but that’s not really a criticism
