親切なスタッフ、関西空港への最適な立地、空港への無料のシャトルバスサービス。到着・出発前後の一泊程度の利用なら周りにコンビニもあり便利。

Cons:

施設に問題あり。
ダブルの部屋を予約したが、二人分の荷物を置くのにはあまりにも狭く、スーツケースを開けるのに一苦労した。
猛暑にもかかわらず、宿泊フロアに冷房が入っておらず、エレベーターを降りた瞬間にモワッと暑く荷物を抱えて部屋まで行くまでに大汗をかいた。部屋も同様に暑く、冷房を入れて人心地つくまでかなり時間がかかった。到着時・出発時ともにフロア冷房無しだったのでそういうホテルなのだろうとは思う。
浴場があるのは良かったが、女風呂入場のみコード入力が必要で浴場付近にスタッフは不在、何らかのトラブルがあったのかと心配になった。

We had a pleasant stay. We would like to stay again.

They offer free shuttle buses to Kansai airport. The parking is free. There is a combini nearby. The rooms are clean.

部屋がきれい！
Pros:

こちら2回目です。部屋が綺麗に整っているのと、朝食が美味しいのと、駐車場があるところ。特に駐車場は遠方から来る時にとても助かります！

まあ満足だった。
