Pros:

ストリートサイドとビーチサイドどちらにも隣接していてとてもアクセスが良かった。PM5:00のスタッフによるダンスパフォーマンスもとても良かった。ビーチサイドにも関わらず、ホテル内は常にスタッフが清掃していて綺麗だったことに感心した。

Cons:

ホテルでの朝食ビュッフェは豊富なメニューで喜んだが全体的に塩辛くてとても食べれなかった。味の好みはそれぞれだが、これでも私は普段から濃い味付けが好みであるが、それでも厳しいと感じた。もう少し味の加減を調整して欲しい。

Room we stayed in was bigger than similar rooms in comparable hotels.
Staff is phenomenal, friendly and helpful.
I would wholeheartedly recommend the breakfast buffet, as it offers diverse options of food, with the main focus on Philippino and Chinese foods, with options for more typical continental breakfast.

Cons:

The hotel is undoubtedly great, but the pool bar leaves much to be desired, as it is consistently undersupplied with different fruits, such as mangoes or coconuts, so the answer is often: we cant make that, we don't have it on hand.
Some signs of wear and tear are becoming visible on the pool tiles (main pool) and some maintenance may be necessary soon.
Regular restaurant prices are on a European level or often exceeding them. Paying 500 pesos (~7.3 €) for 500 ml bottle of sparkling water in Mama Mia restaurant certainly takes the cake, esspecially as it was offered by the staff without giving us the drinks card. This does make the guests feel like they felt for a tourist trap, and it would be good if such practices are toned down substantially.
Refilling of toiletrees is often inconsistent - one day we may get a new shaving kit or soap, and the next day one of these might not be supplied.

It was okay. A bit overpriced for the actual experience.
Pros:

Housekeeping was spot on. I really like how clean and quickly they attend to our requests.

Cons:

The staff seems inconsistent. Some staff are not attentive, they're very laid back and sometimes just chat with each other. While I'm okay with that, I've experienced hotels abroad and even here in the PH where you get the premium treatment no matter how you look like since you paid the same amount. I just get the vibe that the staff choose who they treat nicely.

10/10, couldn’t recommend this hotel anymore.
Pros:

Everything was excellent, the pool is absolutely massive and the rooms were excellent. The breakfast buffet was incredible. But the staff deserve the major credit, to a person they are kind, happy, professional and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable.

Cons:

I wouldn’t have any criticisms. We stayed for 6 nights and everything was excellent

Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. I didn’t book lunch or dinner because we want to explore Boracay. All the rooms are comfortable, and we enjoyed the swimming pool. Staff are amazing, approachable, and very helpful
