Lovely old building well maintained. Very friendly and helpful staff
Comfy bed, nice staff, great location
Gardeners waking me up at 8 am!
The Victorian interior, the SNOAP! (Kinda weird, kinda cool)
A little noisy when people going up the stairs but understandable with an old building, didn’t bother us
The efficient service and ambience. Requesting fresh milk for room was not a problem.
The booking dot com descriptor i thought was bed and breakfast but found breakfast to be an extra.
Such a great place to land in Wales on the beautiful Wye River! Gorgeous historical building, check in open late, delicious breakfast, lovely place for a lunch stop as well, and great value!
Staff were brilliant, and 100% get the breakfast, it's delicious
Location & the garden
Bad food
Nice area, hotel has a lot of old fashioned charm. Food was very good
The Hotel is in a great location. Staff very friendly. Dog friendly and a lovely garden to sit and relax.
One Bed Studio a little dated and SO many block capital laminated signs all over the Hotel... saying Don't do this, Don't do that etc. We couldn't follow all the instructions because the shower head in our room did exactly what it wanted to do and didn't follow the rules!!
Beautiful building, comfortable bed and really lovely staff
Comfortable bed
Quiet place
Early coffee in the morning
Room needs a bit of tlc but nothing major
Fabulous wye Valley location, easy to get to. Gorgeous old hotel oozing atmosphere. Great grounds and views. Extremely friendly, helpful staff. Smallish room was clean with modern shower room.
Bedroom basic but perfectly adequate. Food was quite expensive - fine for a meal out, but not a lot of budget bar food choice for a single person/quick bite
beautiful building, very helpful staff, loved the whole experience.
The staff went over and above to make me and my dog welcome. The apartment had everything I required. It was peaceful. The hotel and apartments are within easy reach of fabulous walks along the Wye.
The kitchen in the apartment kitchen is very dated and rather tired. I ate in the hotel so I didn't need to use it much.
Shower cubicle a little small
Beautiful location and building, staff were so friendly and helpful. Arrived late in evening sbd rang to ask if any food needed before arrival as kitchens were closing.
Nothing at all about staff or property but residents were rather inconsiderate stomping up and down the stairs early in the morning before normal waking hours
