Sehr interessantes Hotel - wir kommen wieder
Pros:

Wir hatten ein tolles und aussergewöhnliches Themenzimmer und haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Auch war das Essen im Brauhaus sehr gut.
Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir werden das Hotel bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Karlsruhe wieder wählen.

Cons:

Wie bereits in anderen Bewertungen beschrieben, bekommt man einen Schock wenn man in die Tiefgarage einfährt. Das Bild ändert sich aber beim Betreten des Hotels.

Pros:

Frühstück war gut, Eier in allen Varianten wurden frisch zubereitet. Upgrade auf ein besseres Zimmer, sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter (Tudor), bester Mann. Preise in der Brauerei waren anständig. Garage kostet 9€

Cons:

Hotel schon ein wenig ins Alter gekommen.
Vor unserem Fenster hatten sich die Leute nach einer Festlichkeit, lautstark von einander Verabschiedet, war recht laut.

Sehr empfehlenswert
Pros:

Das Hotel ist optisch ganz hervorragend. Ich hatte jedes mal ein Zimmer mit Balkon. Die Bäder sind wunderschön. Teilweise sind die Möbel und Vorhänge etwas älteren Datums, aber alles komplett in Ordnung und sauber.
Der Stil des Geländes ist Geschmackssache, aber mir hat es sehr gefallen.
Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Eine große Tiefgarage mit Ladeboxen ist vorhanden.

Personal freundlich, Lage schön, Sauberkeit und Geruch absolut nicht akzeptabel

Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig: Es gab Flecken und Müll auf dem Boden, und der Geruch war unerträglich. Es sieht eher aus wie eine Baustelle. Beim Essen lief eine Maus entlang.

Le petit déjeuner est super ainsi que le repas au restaurant
Félicitation au chef pour la maitrise de la cuisson du choux rouge qui est travailler ici comme du caviar !

Sauberes großes Zimmer, Betten sehr gut,
Gänge etwas verwirrend, aber man findet immer wieder zurück:)
Frühstück Büffet enthält alles was man braucht, Rührei wird auf Wunsch frisch gemacht
