Checkin was easy, staff were very helpful and parking was simple.
The room was a good size and facilities to serve yourself beer/wine on an honesty basis were provided in a separate area in the corridors.
The town is very picturesque and it was nice to be able to find this place to stay during our travels, even though it was just for one night.
Monday/Tuesday, there aren't many options for food in the town, but we did find somewhere with simple, yet good, food.
We asked for a room with a balcony, due to the views over the river. However, although our room did have a balcony, all we could see was a roof and the back of other rooms. So we didn't use it
Everything! Location was superb, beautiful and peaceful environment. Cozy and clean room, breakfast buffet changed daily and offered a wide variety of delicious food and phenomenal customer service!

Tolle Terrasse direkt an der Murg, abends leider nicht nutzbar. Obwohl im Internet auch als Café beschrieben, keine Bewirtung möglich. Einchecken ist wirklich nur zu den angegebenen Zeiten möglich, vorher und danach kommt man nicht ins Haus.

Der Besitzer hat es geschafft immer freundlich zu sein. Das Zimmer mit Balkon war wirklich wunderschön.
Das Frühstück war ok, die Brötchen und Brote waren nichts Besonderes. Die Auswahl an sich war gut. Wenn Dinge leer waren, wurden sie nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Online steht, dass bis 10 Uhr Frühstück ist vor Ort wurde gesagt, dass das Frühstück um 9:30 Uhr vorbei ist.
Bei booking wird großartig ein Spa- und Wellnessbereich mit Sauna beworben. Was wir vorgefunden haben entbehrt jeglicher Vorstellungskraft. Der Ruheraum ist winzig, die Sauna ist uralt und alles stinkt nach Moder. Wir haben das Hotel tatsächlich ausgewählt, weil wir uns etwas gönnen wollten, vor allem mit Sauna. Man hält es in den Räumen nicht aus. Wir haben uns bei der Hotelleitung beschwert, diese meinte, dass ist normal so, das liegt an der schlechten Belüftung. Wir haben Die Leitung darauf hingewiesen, dass dies gesundheitsschädlich ist. Als Entschädigung wollte er uns 20 € anbieten. Wir haben es nicht angenommen und booking eingeschaltet. Es ist eine Frechheit, dass als Spa- und Wellnessbereich zu bewerben.
The breakfast was outstanding, very nice variety. The view from the balcony was really nice. Access to the river was a bonus.
