Important information:

Please note that breakfast is served at The Highlander Hotel, located 328 feet away. The property doesn't have a parking option, but there are two nearby garages, one is Qpark Amsterdam Central (Prins Hendrikkade 20 a, 1012 TL Amsterdam) and Qpark Nieuwedijk (Nieuwezijds Kolk 18, 1012 PV Amsterdam) where you can park and pay or reserve your parking spot in advance online. Airport shuttle is available with an extra fee, if you would like to book a taxi transport we can organize it on your behalf. The cost of a regular car (up to 4 people) is aproximately €65 with an off-peak transit time of 30 minutes or mini-van taxi cost is aproximately €85. From January 2024, Amsterdam will change it's tourist tax on hotel rooms to a flat rate of 12,5%, a change from the previous tax structure of 7% of the room rate plus €3 per person. If your reservation was made prior to January 2024 you will be asked to pay the new City Tax upon arrival to the hotel. If you have any further questions please give us a call or send us an email. Please beware that the credit card owner must be present at arrival with the physical credit card provided for the payment plus identity card or passport for a security check. If the credit card provided for the payment does not belong to the original booker (guest) who will be present at arrival we may mark the credit card as invalid and request an update of a credit card. In case a third party wants to pay for the reservation, it is not a problem, in that case, we kindly ask you to contact us by email and we will send you the link to fulfill the payment via bank transfer. In the case that this payment procedure is not followed, be aware that a different payment method will be requested upon arrival. Please beware that our property is a monumental building from the 17 century and some floors have six to nine, characteristic Amsterdam, steps (no elevator).

A luggage room is available for guests who arrive early.
Guests checking in after 17:00 are required to collect their key from our big sister hotel, The Highlander located across the street, 558 feet from the property. Additional instructions will be provided after booking.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Thanks Amsterdam !
Pros:

Mijn vriend en ik zijn onlangs 3 jaar samen en kozen Amsterdam uit om dit te vieren daar deze gezellige grachtjes, ditjes en datjes heeft. Ik koos voor dit hotel omdat het in het centrum lag, ontbijt en drankjes waren inbegrepen (in het hotel om de hoek, maar dat was helemaal niet erg!) en ik vroeg naar de Music Room daar mijn vriend een platen - en muziekliefhebber is, en deze hebben we gekregen waarvoor grote dank. De stad heeft mij zeer aangenaam verrast samen met zijn bezienswaardigheden (Madame Tussaud, Koninklijk museum, Riply museum, Moco museum, de rondvaart..). Kortom: super gezellig en veel gezien. En het hotel is zeker een aanrader! Thanks Amsterdam! 🤗

Kamers waren wel wat warm ondanks airco, maar het waren ook warme dagen.

Otelin konumu çok merkeziydi, çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi, yine gelirsem burayı tercih edeceğim.
Pros:

The hotel was wonderful in every respect. It is centrally located. The staff are wonderful people and extremely helpful. The breakfast is quite good. They were very accommodating regarding luggage storage and early check-in. If I visit Amsterdam again, this is definitely the hotel where I will stay.

Pros:

The location was great. The complimentary snacks available at the other hotel were a nice touch and a good option when we wanted to take a short rest. Check-in was smooth and easy. I also appreciated that umbrellas were available in the lobby for guests to use.

Cons:

Room was not clean. It probably hadn’t been vacuumed for days. Even we requested the cleaning, nothing changed.

Great stay in the center of Amsterdam
Pros:

Le service, l’emplacement et la qualité de la chambre.
Tout était parfait et nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel.
La chambre très jolie décorée avec une bonne literie.

A disappointing stay for the hotel, as I was impressed that it was good and clean - I did not have such an experience. I

The location was good, among the only positive aspects of my stay unfortunately

Cons:

A small and narrow hotel relative to its level. My room was not cleaned as befits the level of the hotel and the reviews I read, there are objects that have not been moved for a while and are full of dust, it is noticeable that no care was taken to clean this room. A very small room, there is no way it is 19 square meters as listed, and if so, the design is really inefficient, even for one person it was cramped and I do not need much for my taste. The window opens 2 centimeters with pressure. The pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The room is only cleaned if you ask, be careful. There is no staff after 5 p.m. You have to go to a nearby hotel - when I arrived to have breakfast for the first time, I arrived and explained exactly which room in the other hotel I was coming from and he smiled and let me in to eat - after a minute, instead of properly inquiring, he approached me and started interrogating me and verifying again which room I was from, which felt really unpleasant and I asked him to contact his colleagues to inquire myself.

Easy to get everywhere from hotel. Staff exceptional. And the breakfast is brilliant.

Staff very helpful and always smiling. Very good location

Cons:

A bit noisy first thing in the morning. Bed a little bit soft, but that’s a personal preference.

Perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Amsterdam!
Pros:

Schöne Zimmer, klein aber fein! Superfreundliches Personal! Zum Frühstück gab es eine gute Auswahl! Getränke in der Bar waren inklusive. Die Lage mitten in der City ist unschlagbar!

Cons:

Der Preis für eine Nacht war ziemlich hoch.
