A disappointing experience
Pros:

The view from the hotel is exceptional. You could see most nearby mountains on a clear day. It was also really clean and hotel staff were more than kind.

Cons:

There were no tissues in the hotel room, no small table with chairs, no microwave, no proper fridge, the TV could not be used directly with content streaming via phone, and finally the bed mattress was uncomfortable.

تعامل موظف استقبال بوفية الافطار عنصري وجاف .

عند الافطار منعنا من الدخول بسبب الحجاب ومن شروطهم لدخول الإفطار نزع حجاب المرأة كاملاً ..!!
وبرر ذلك باللافتة المرفق صورة منها وذلك حسب سياسة الفندق الغريبة..!!

Great value for money! Will definetly come back!
Pros:

Very clean, friendly and useful staff, great breakfast. Top level parking & fitness center facilities.
Location - not near the center of Salzburg, must have car/taxi.

Cons:

Die Tatsache, dass das Hotel immer meine Kreditkarte haben will um dann 50 Euro zu blockieren, ist störend und ärgerlich (auch wenn das in den AGB steht). Am Ende vertraut das Hotel mir als Kunden nicht und will eine Sicherheit „für alle Fälle“ wie man mir an der Rezeption sagte. Dabei fühle ich Mals Gast nicht gut
