Avoid due to hidden charges and poor hospitality

One of the worst experience I ever had, despite I have booked the top category they have but the way of hospitality is terrible, room description is a misleading
- No water to drink
- If you request an iron you have to pay a fee
- no Kettle
- Pillows are bad, if you ask to change, you have to pay a rent per pec per night (I bought one from outside)
- Despite the location outside the city and it’s not a commercial area, you will be charged for the car parking per night.

Thankfully I booked 2 night only, cuz here every breath you take its with a fee,,

המלון ברמה מאוד גבוהה, צוות מדהים שתמיד מוכן לכל עזרה בכל זמן וכמובן עם חיוך והמון סבלנות, ארוחת בוקר מצויין ומגוונת, חדר מאוד נקי וגדול ועם נוף מדהים, המיקום של המלון מצויין לטיול כוכב למי שמטייל עם רכב וגם למי שמטייל בתחבורה ציבורית יש תחנת אוטובוס במרחק של 5 דקות הליכה מהמלון ומשם יש אוטובוס כל רבע שעה למרכז.

Hier wird Gastfreundlichkeit groß geschrieben. Ob Rezeption oder im Restaurant. Hier liegt jedem das Wohl des Gastes am Herzen.
Absolut freundlich, herzlich, sauber und außergewöhnlich gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis! Essen auf top Niveau!! Immer wieder gerne!!

Vista dal 16mo piano del ristorante, Lette comodo, posizione del hotel 10 minuti dal centro con bus. Zona tranquilla per la sera

Cons:

Non c?è tanto da fare attorno hotel, siccome un po fuori dal centro. Mi hanno fatto pagare City Tax anche se Booking, dove ho fatto prenotazione includevalo nel prezzo. Non c'èera modo di convincergli che ho gia pagato. Brutto spostare problema sul cliente, non cercare risolverlo con Booking. Pazienza

Comfortable, modern and clean.
Pros:

The staff is very accommodating and polite. The room is very clean and really modern. I love the 360 degree of the sky restaurant.

Cons:

I think they need to provide bath mats for after shower. But all in all the bathroom is amazing.
