Very comfortable.
Pros:

Convenient location, efficient use of space, clean, modern, comfortable and good value for money. Staff were very friendly and spoke very good English, which is helpful for foreign travellers. I especially enjoyed the Canteen and living room area.

Cons:

None. However guests should understand that this is a low budget modern hotel and set their expectations accordingly.

Great for solo travellers.
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is in a convent location.

Cons:

The room is small. I was alone, but wouldn’t want to stay there with my wife because there’s not enough room for bags and one person would have to climb over the other to use the bathroom, due to the way the bed is placed.

Very uncomfortable
Pros:

Location, friendly staff.

Cons:

The size of the room and the fact that the bed can only be accessed in one side. It is very difficult if two people are staying in the room. A better option would have been to go to the holiday inn express nearby.

地點很方便。二樓大廳有微波爐，也有飲水機。餐廳員工服務很好。

Cons:

這次入住頭兩天，都碰到同一名服務欠佳的前台員工。他需要再培訓。客人登記好之後，他只是盯著我，沒有說謝謝也沒有說入住愉快之類的。我有另一次問他，訂車子的事情，他也是結束對話後就只是一直看著我。沒有說謝謝，再見，或別的就算了， 幹嘛還盯著客人。還有我跟他說預定下午四點車子去機場，他弄成凌晨四點。誰會訂凌晨四點的車子啊，他至少應該再次問我確認：「確定是早上四點喔？」但是他沒有，然後凌晨四點服務人員打電話來，說我車子到了，大半夜差點沒嚇死。客戶出入，他也沒有打招呼，當沒看見。我注意到有一陣子前台換成別的員工，態度完全不一樣，會主動打招呼。幸好最後check out那一天，是另外一個正常的友善員工，有基本應該有的禮貌互動。

A modern hotel
Pros:

The location was good. I enjoyed having coffee next door at the Coffee Club. It was easy to.book taxis/Uber to and from.the hotel. The lounge was a fun.place gir hanging out.

Cons:

The room design was not good. The double bed was flushed against the wall and there was a huge barrier at the edge of the bed. It was such a hassle to climb over just to go to the toilet. I did not like the food

Pros:

ロケーションが非常によく、台北駅まで徒歩10分で行けるため、何処に行くにも便利。
また清潔で過ごしやすかった。
大きな交差点に面しており、車の交通量も多いが、防音が効いている為外の音を気にすることなく、快適に過ごせた。

Cons:

温度設定が少し低いので、肌寒く感じることがあった。

If a comfortable sleep and location are your top priority, then this hotel is for you.
Pros:

The bed and pillows are the most comfortable I have experienced in any hotel. Location is also great as it is just a few minutes walk to Ximending main street.

Cons:

There is no bidet in the bathroom. Room is small. Expect also that no toiletries (except for liquid soap and shampoo) will be provided.

An extremely comfortable stay.
Pros:

The property is very new, extremely clean and has a great ambience.

I also want to say that all the staff are all extremely friendly and warm hearted, from front desk, bar to room service.

The property is also located at a great location ( a cultural precinct) literally just 200m away from the MRT and within walking distance to Taipei Main Station.

Cons:

Breakfast not included in my original package.
