Absolutely amazing place to stay. The most spectacular place we have stayed and so worth the trip. The staff were so pleasant and really added to the overall experience. Hot tub at sunset overlooking the lake is a must! Would love to be returning some day.

The cabin as a whole and the view
Every single detail. It’s unique.
This accommodation is beautifully appointed and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was delightful and communication with the hosts was great.
Beautiful small cabins that fit in well with the surrounding nature scape. Orientation made good use of the lovely view over Lake Wakatipu. Comfortable bed and sitting area. Clean with some thoughtful touches (e.g., insect cream in dispenser, organic teas). Cosy cafe for breakfast with nice coffee and friendly staff. Close to some great walks (e.g., Lake Sylvan) and an ideal base for tackling day walks on the Routeburn Track.
Cramped and poorly designed bathroom. 'Smoked' salmon on the menu is not the same as 'tinned' salmon on toast.
Really lovely accommodation and fantastic location
Staff seemed a bit harassed when busy which felt awkward. This brought the experience down a bit.

Issues with their new technology, meant having to spend 1 hour trying to connect and ultimately really begs the question; why have the technology option advertised?? Would recommend removing it. It spoilt our evening

Best room view we ever had, amazing! The people were also very friendly and helpfull. The room was very well equiped and we loved the screenprojector. Would definitly stay again and recommend it to everyone!
