Der Preis für ein Einzelzimmer war sehr gut

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig, die Eingangstür entsprach nicht den Vorschriften (sollte dichtschließend sein, aber man hat durch den Türspalt sehen können).

Alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen und lieblos. Fenster defekt - ließ sich nicht öffnen, Heizkörper verrostet, zum Frühstück gab es harte Brötchen.

The location is good. It was clean, bad sheets and towels good.

Cons:

The bathroom floor was soaked in water and when you walked, water was coming out of the tiles. The windows where so thin that we though that they were open every time a car was passing by (main road). The smell in the hotel is terrible, especially during evenings. Probably from the kitchen.

Die Lage am Fluss und der nahegelegenen Fluss mit dem Schönen aber kleinen Ortskern (ehemaliges Rundlimgsdorf) ist schon sehr ansprechend.

Cons:

Die komplette optische Kommunikation: Von der Straße aus sind unten alle Rolläden zu. Draußen befindet sich ein leerer Schaukasten wo ja schon mal so etwas wie eine Speisekarte rein könnte. Am Haupteingang wird man von einer Eingangstür mit Riss im Glas und einem Schreiben begrüßt auf dem 100 Euro Strafe angedroht werden wenn man eigene Speisen und Gerränle auf dem Gelände konsumiert (Rechtlich verständlich aber völlig falsche Ansprache… „Bitte haben Sie Verständmis dafür das…“ wäre passender gewesen. Weiter geht es wenn man das Haus betritt.. kleine Schilder weisen den Weg zur Rezeption, dort angekommen steht man im Dunklen und erst nach Rufen kam wer. Kommunikation mit dem Personal aber sehr freundlich und bemüht. Über ein sehr in die Jahre gekommendes Treppenhaus konnten wir eins von zwei Zimmern aussuchen. Die Zimmer sind wohl vor ein paar Jahren mal renoviert worden: das Bad sauber mit angenehmen Geruch, einfache funktionale Ausstattung.
Was aber wirklich der Oberhammer war das nach einem Sparziergang in den Ort - unbedingt die Eismanufaktur mit angeschlossener Pizzaria besuchen - Hat das ganze Haus - bis in unser Zimmer im zweiten Stock nach Fett- und Fischgeruch gestunken.. wir konnten es nur mit Wickvaporup unter der Nase aushalten. Hier muss dringend nachgebessert werden.
