Pros:

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was amazing and made exploring the area incredibly easy. The breakfast was a nice addition to our mornings, but what truly set this place apart was the exceptional staff. They were all super accommodating and friendly throughout our entire visit.

​A special thanks goes to Mohamad, who went completely above and beyond for us. He even arranged an airport shuttle for our friends who were staying at a different hotel, which was incredibly generous. We couldn't have asked for better service and highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pros:

Готель дуже сподобався. Розташування чудове — у самому центрі Старого міста, всі основні пам’ятки знаходяться в пішій доступності. Поруч розташовані станція метро та трамвайна зупинка.
Ми проживали у тримісному номері, який складався з двох кімнат, що стало для нас приємним сюрпризом. Номери були чисті та охайні, прибирання проводилося щодня.
Персонал дуже привітний, уважний і завжди готовий допомогти. Сніданки були смачними. Окремо варто відзначити ресторан на терасі готелю, звідки відкривається приголомшливий вид на Босфор і палац Топкапи.
Із задоволенням зупинилися б тут ще раз. 😊

Die Fenster müssten verbessert werden. Die Lautstärke von aussen hört man. Zusätzlicher lärm wegen Baustelle. Transfer Abwicklung professioneller erwartet.

Excellent on all counts
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is absolutely fabulous, everything is close by, including the sight seeing places and the transport. They have a nice restaurant as well on the terrace.

Napi szoba takarítás, tiszta törölköző.
A személyzet kedves, segítőkész. Érkezéskor
Muharrem recepciós segített a WiFi-t beállítani.

Cons:

Létezik ablak nélküli szoba, ami nagyon szép volt, de ezt nem kértük. Később kaptunk ablakos szobát helyette. Szerintem ezt előre tudatni kellett volna velünk, hiszen ez semmilyen módon nem volt jelezve a Bookingon, és ez árban sem nyilvánult meg.
