Excellent stay, great location, and very kind staff, especially Mohamad at reception.
Pros:

The location is excellent, with many of Istanbul’s main attractions, restaurants and public transport options within easy reach. The room was clean and comfortable, but what really stood out was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, especially Mohamad at reception, who was always friendly, welcoming and ready to help with any question or request. His attitude made our stay feel much more pleasant and personal.

Cons:

There was nothing major that we disliked during our stay. As with any hotel in a central location, the area can be lively at times, but overall we were very satisfied with the experience.

駅からほど近く、スタッフのモハメドさんが大変親切でした。
周辺の観光地にも徒歩で行け、また、駅からありとあらゆるところに電車やトラムで行けるので、大変便利でした！

Pros:

Szuper környék, minden látnivaló a közelben, kényelmes ágyak, bőséges reggeli. Külön köszönet Mohamadnek és a személyzetnek, igazán kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak!

الموقع ممتاز ولكن الوصول اليه بالسياره يأخذ وقتا طويلا لانه لابد من السير في طرق خلفيه مزدحمه
والأفضل النزول عند محطة سيركجي والمشي دقيقتين للوصول إلى الفندق
الموظفون متعاونون

كان هناك عمل هدم وانشاء في محطة مرمراي وكان العمل ليلا حتى بعد منتصف الليل
هذا لا دخل له بالفندق واظنه عمل مؤقت

In general, we were satisfied with our stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

It was super clean and the staff were super helpful and friendly. We all had a great experience in general. There was a metro line right outside the hotel

Cons:

The location was in a really crowded neighborhood, although very accessible in terms of transport and tourist attractions.

Pros:

Otelin konumu harika, metro istasyonuna yürüyerek hemen ulaşılabiliyor, bu sayede şehri gezmek çok kolaydı. Ayrıca çalışanlar son derece sıcakkanlı, güler yüzlü ve her konuda yardımcı oldular. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim!
