Had a great time, the location was great! This is not my first time staying at this property, but it was my least enjoya
Pros:

It’s centrally located on Canada street and it’s on the lake

Cons:

We had a tough time sleeping bc the AC although turned on and working just could not seem to cool the room. Additionally the ice machine was not working.

Pros:

The beach and pool are great the new roof and work down on cabana bar are beautiful but should stay open later

Price was alittle high but 2 many stairs and no elevators but a great location

Our room was horrible .upon arrival the bathroom floor was cracked/ tile broken . Our last night there we had to relocate to a different room due to being flooded out . Water from the rain came inside the room through the back wall , soaked suitcases , gifts we bought and cloths , bags

Perfect stay on Lake George!
Pros:

Location was amazing, the private beach and pool were great, we had a balcony room with the most perfect view

Cons:

The room we stayed in was above the function hall. We were not notified about the wedding happening, and the music was so loud it shook the walls & floor. Thankfully it was over by 10pm, but we would have appreciated the heads up.

Great place to stay. Book the rooms inside hotel.
Pros:

I love this property the location is excellent

Cons:

The room I booked had zero soundproof. If the couple upstairs sniffed I would be first to know! Next time will book the rooms inside the hotel… way better than the ones outside.

Beautiful Weekend at Surfside
Pros:

Beautiful view of the lake, the private beach for the children , their own lil playground, walking distance to everything, very pleasant stay , staff was very nice and friendly, lovely restaurant with great prices, room was very comfortable and decorated with lovely pictures , great kitchen set up , big bathroom, lots of hot water, def will be back again soon. I will def. recommend this place to others, Thankyou .

Would stay again. Price was reasonable. Definitely would do double queen with balcony as opposed to king.
Pros:

Room was clean, came with refrigerator and sink. Amenities included pool, beach and rooftop cabana bar.

Cons:

Disappointed the cabana bar was closed, they didn’t really give a reason why. Hinted because of low occupancy. Beach sand looked dirty and water had a film of pollen. Switched rooms from King to double queen with balcony which was less money but they said i had to pay original price, which i thought was poor customer service.
