Great family vacation!!
Pros:

The location is perfect, right at the edge of town, so you have the quiet, but can walk everywhere. The rooms were nice and clean. The beach and pool are really nice, and I love that they offer free kayak, pedal boats, and paddle board rentals. The rooms are a bit expensive, but that makes it worth it.

Cons:

The pool towels are SOOOO tiny!

Highly recommend but maybe not on the off-season.
Pros:

Location is fantastic. Right on the water and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our corner room was quite roomy and very clean. We loved our balcony, too.

Cons:

The bathroom was just ok. Hooks on the back of the door were missing so no place to hang clothes. Shower was difficult to regulate.
Also, we arrived on Labor Day and the person in charge of kayaks was not working but we weren't told this. We waited for more than an hour and when we first went to the front office, no one was there. On our second try, someone was there and sent a maintenance guy to get us a kayak. He was very nice but was not able to give us any instructions.

Pros:

Localização excelente! Recomendo deixar o carro no estacionamento e fazer tudo a pé pois o downtown é a 10 min e é difícil achar vaga pra estacionar .

Cons:

O hotel é enorme ! Faltou um fire pit pra gente relaxar outside no fim do dia . Quem tem atividades cedo , melhor tomar café da manhã fora do hotel pois só abrem o restaurante às 8.

Great location to lake. Front desk staff could've been more friendly

Cons:

Staff at front desk was not very nice with requests. Also check in was a nightmare. Never got a text or call that room was ready. Very frustrating.

Not happy
Pros:

The place is OK but they’re very prejudice about smokers

Cons:

You can’t smoke on the bottom floor if you are a smoker, you have to go around the corner all the way down the road to a little corner, where there was no covering from son or rain to smoke
