amazing location, the playground and beach were used constantly for my son! we would come back!
Pros:

need some egg free options, many kids have egg allergies now. can be challenging finding food options without rgg for my son. we had to go elsewhere for food.

love the new flooring in the room! i would add a small rug by the sliding door (if you can) for sand. or even a mat on the patio to help brush off sand - that part was hard to control and we had to use pool towels for the floor.

Cons:

the hotel room utensils. they were really cheap honestly.
also the shower head is hanging off the walls and not secure.
the bedside lamps are WAY to luminescent. the bright white lights should not be next to a bed, they are blinding. i recommend switching these out for a soft off white, suitable for reading/bedtime ambiance. these lights did not fit at all.

Great time, nice and close to town
Pros:

Location and staff were great. It was great having the paddle boards, kayaks and peddle boats on the beach. The pool and lounge areas were great too. Walking distance was great

Cons:

My only issues are that the bathroom door didn't close and the toilet was that of a kindergarten classroom. The restaurant was good, but they don't tell you that they include 18% tip in the bill. Unfortunately I didn't not notice until the 3rd day we were there.

Great location.. can walk to town for shopping and dinner

Cons:

Our 2nd stay. Room was comfortable & clean. Staff was friendly. Only downside was we did not have hot water for showering.

Making reservations. Did not appreciate the inability to reach the actual staff for any assistance in booking rooms.

The location was beautiful, and the room was comfortable

However, I was very disappointed with the overall experience. I booked this hotel mainly for the private beach and the complimentary activities,(kayaking, paddle board) but my check-in was at 4 p.m. and all of that ended around 4:15, so I never had a chance to use it. I assumed I could enjoy it the next day after checking out, but I was told I had to leave immediately. What made it worse was the front desk service. The receptionist was not friendly or helpful and never explained any of these policies when I checked in. If I had known I basically had fifteen minutes to use the amenities on arrival and nothing after checkout, I would have planned very differently. The lack of clear communication and customer service really affected my stay.

We loved the location

We did NOT like the rules of use of the amenities. It WAS NOT CLEAR as far as the age restriction on the use of the equipment. If a child cant go alone there should be adequate amount of double paddleboards , and kayaks available for parents to go with children if a child can not go alone, it has to be stated somewhere before booking. The staff did not speak English was extremely hard to communicate. Your restaurant did not accommodate any allergies and your Cheerios in the little box cost $13 which is Highway robbery.
It was insane, but as far as the location that was amazing everything else was nothing special at all I have been to lake george every year and this is my first time staying here and not the best experience.
