Very accommodating
Pros:

The hotel was very clean the staff was friendly. The like that the rooms had a full kitchen and the rooms were still spacious.

It was further away from Chicago than we realized. It’s about at 35-40 min drive. No real option to use public transportation

Beautiful hotel, close to everything
Pros:

Upon arrival, the front desk lady was so accommodating, nice, and very polite. We had great conversations.
