A bit disappointing
Pros:

The people that work there were very pleasant and helpful when I had many questions. When I needed something, they tried their best to be accommodating.

Cons:

The furniture in the room seemed super old and was uncomfortable, felt like a motel to be honest. There were no extra blankets, front desk washed one for me which was nice but I had to wait an hour for that. The bathroom got clogged because of low water pressure. There was no tea or coffee in the room even though their had cups and a small little kitchen.

I like that the property is close to a lot of Asian food and comfort foods

Cons:

This wood springs is beginning to go downhill. I continued to come here because they were clean, accommodating, comfy and affordable but now it’s just affordable and like everything else today, you’re getting crap tier for your money.
Water pressure seemed like the pipes were clogged
The floor in my room clearly had not been mopped, swept or anything! I literally went from the bed to the bathroom and my feet were full of dirt and hair! What the f***. No soap for the dishes like before. Just finish. Finish is just that! It finishes the dishes for shine ITS NOT SOAP!!!!
WiFi was completely pointless. The remote barely worked!
Food stains on the covers

It felt like a motel that was coming up a bit. It really did. I’m not renting here again. I was relaxed because I was away from home but I will not spend my money there again.
The two nerds at the front desk were so nice though. Love me cool nerd!

Disgusting dump, definitely not a 3-star hotel. Worse than a 1-star place.
Pros:

Absolutely nothing.

Cons:

No coffee in lobby,
no coffee machine in room,
no blackout blinds on windows,
one single bar of soap for 3 guests,
bad pillows,
cheap dorm room beds
paper-thin walls,
not enough towels,
noisy air-conditioner,
loud highway noise all night long,
somewhat sketchy crowd.
Not a single saving grace. I checked out a day early.
