This was the most relaxing and accommodating hotel my family and I have ever been to.
Pros:

Cleanliness, spacious room, quiet, soundproof walls, very home-like. Super comfortable overall. Additionally, it’s close to airport which was very convenient for my family and I.

Cons:

The breakfast options were delicious, however, there wasn’t much options to choose from.

Good hotel for the price and close to the airport
Pros:

We arrived about 4 hours before check in. One of our rooms was ready, so they let us check in early into that room until the 2nd room was ready. The staff was friendly and very helpful getting our family a shuttle to the cruise port. Our suite was a good size and everything was clean.

Cons:

It took about 3 hours to get the extra towels we needed. The shuttle provided from the airport was not on a continuous loop every 30 minutes as stated. We waited almost an hour before I called the hotel and acquired about the shuttle, then he appeared in about 15 minutes. But the driver was friendly and the shuttle was clean.

Glad we don’t have to go back!
Pros:

Shuttle drivers were good and helpful.

Cons:

Impossible to turn off AC. Laundry app very hard to use and forced us to spend $10 for a $4 wash & dry. Room could use another chair. Shower floor was very slippery - no mat. Will NEVER stay at a Towneplace Suites hotel again!
