Parking is available via the Wilson Parking lot adjacent to the hotel. Maximum height is 7.9 ft at the G level. Please approach reception upon arrival prior to parking your car to talk through your options. Pull up in the short-term parking on the driveway. Discounted parking for hotel guests is $30 per car per 24-hour period, with multiple entries and exits.
We cannot guarantee a parking space for you ahead of time. Please check with us when you arrive, so we can let you know if parking is available.

Good room. Spacious. But strange to pay the shuttle to the airport.
The only thing was the dining room & bar area was very cold maybe air con should be warmer the room & staff were great
Great place to stay. We were in Sydney for a medical appointment and we always find this place to be convenient with easy access to everything. We live the restaurant and the bar with happy hour.
Need more parking for friends of guest so they don’t have to pay when visiting someone staying at your hotel.

Room was clean and functional
The desk staff were helpful however restaurant service was very poor, cleaning staff ignored the do not disturb sign and kept continually knocking on the door, followed by phone calls.
Restaurant and bar are reasonable. Checking has always been easy. Free Shuttle arrangement works if you want to go to airport. For some reason you have to pay to be picked up. Rooms are ok for size. Little
Cafe next door is great, better coffee and breakfast options if you aren't into buffets.
Paying for shuttle from airport... why not give us the choice of which direction we want to take as a gift? It is now a LONG walk from terminal to shuttle pick up spot, has recently Changed. ... could Probably walk to hotel in The same time.
Great value for money with very clean rooms. Free shuttle transfer was an additional bonus I was unaware of.

Location was great for our airline access and hire car
I had to repeatedly contact the hotel to get a receipt. For some reason because I used booking . Com staff refused to issue a receipt which as I needed one for reimbursement for the volunteer work I was in Sydney for was very frustrating.
