Good hotel in Bandung
Pros:

Good vibes started from we parked our car, the security was so friendly and helpful. Love the full set of Angkung instrument at the lobby. The room was simply beautiful with complete amenities including slippers and free snacks. Housekeeper was friendly and helpful when we need something. Room service food tremendously delicious. Ramela restaurant is one of the best Indonesian restaurant I’ve ever had. All food were amazing except Sayur Asem which was sweet and using cabbage on it, kind of disappointing. Riessyaneu, the one who take care of our table was really cooperative and helpful. She listens and gave us solutions, really appreciate it. Anissa were really take care of us while breakfast, she kept checking our table and asked if we need something during the service.Teguh, he was also friendly and helpful, during the service. Rizky from Mosslife coffee is full of knowledge barista and gave us best service. Thank you for the whole staffs of The Grand Cordella, definitely we will come back again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

bad security service
Pros:

fast check in. worst check out. Bad security service , didnt helpul at all when you need to park your car but the car park is full. The FO staff is sleeping in their working table. nice location, near convenience store.
Decide to check out before time and move to the other hotel, there is a lot hotel in Bandung that can serve u better

The room on arrival was not clean. There were little flies every where living and dead ones. I had a feeling that the room was not used for a long time. The noise from outside was very hearable like now windows at all. You can hear the busy traffic ok the main road next to hotel. This hotel needs upgrade
