تعاون وبشاشة الاستقبال بالاخص Roaba ( بالاعتذار عن الغرفة حارة وعطل التكييف ) .. تغيير الغرفة بعد24 ساعة
موقع الفندق يبعد عن السنتر 7 دقائق مشيا على الأقدام وبقربه مطعم عربي وهندي وآسيوي وايضا سوبرماركت رائعة وكبيرة جدا
موقف السيارة وعلية خصم 20 يورو والدخول مباشرة عالفندق ( المصعد )
تعبئة الماء للشرب من بار الاستقبال
وجبه الفطورمناسبة وجيدة للجميع

Pros:

Clean and newly renovated. Location good if liked about city-life.

Cons:

Breakfast messy and not so wide as expected. 30 mins before ending there were not so much to eat any longer.

I found a large insect next to the window this morning and informed the reception; they didn't seem bothered by it at all, even though I showed them the photos.

Viele fremde Haare mit viel Staub

Es gibt Hotels, da wird auf jedes Detail geachtet und dann gibt es solche Hotels…
- der Boden sah aus als ob längere Zeit weder gesaugt noch gewischt wurde
- der Boden war staubig mit vielen fremden Haaren
- der Duschkopf war komplett verkalkt (sah wirklich eklig aus)
- kein Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett auf dem Zimmer. Auf Nachfrage, sollte ich mir selbst (!) an der Rezept abholen. Dann habe ich allerdings nur ein Bügeleisen bekommen. Das Bügelbrett sollte dann am nächsten Tag geliefert werden. War dann aber so dreckig dass ich darauf meine Wäsche nicht bügeln konnte
