Pros:

Sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig.
Man wird nicht als normaler Gast empfangen, sondern die Rezeption ist mit 2 tollen Damen besetzt, die es einem so perfekt wie nur möglich ermöglichen sich wohl zu fühlen. Großer Dank geht an Safa, die hier schon fast das Hotel als ihres bezeichnet. Ich bin mir sicher, dass sie jedes Hotel auf das next Level bringt. Auch Theo macht ihre Arbeit so perfekt, dass man sich wünschen würde, beide zu klonen und in jedem Hotel weltweit zu setzen.
Auch der Rest der Mitarbeiter waren sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Pros:

Perfekte Lage für Besuch der Altstadt und der Arena. Parkplätze direkt vor Ort im Parkhaus. Genau das, was wir gesucht haben.

Pros:

The location was great and very convenient. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of options. A special thanks to Rocio, who was extremely kind and welcoming. She made my day every morning with her positive attitude and excellent service.

Cons:

Overall, the hotel was good, but the room could have been cleaner. Also, the shampoo bottles were empty when we arrived, which should have been checked before guests check in.

Frühstücks Buffet/Raum waren an dem Tag nicht gut - kein Platz, Besteck, Kaffee, Tassen, etc. - viel zu wenig Personal an dem Tag
