The location was fantastic, very central.
The apartment had everything you needed to make for a comfortable stay.
The floor needed a good hoover. Lots of bits of dirt and a tea bag wrapper on the floor. Sofa was stained and benches marked.
I had requested a quiet room. The back of the apartment has another door which apparently backs on to a communal corridor and we had terrible screaming and noise all night from other guests. I did message Hideout about this and they said they would message them. Unfortunately this left us with a very unsettled night and poor sleep.

The apartment was very clean and well furnished! The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the bathroom was amazing - great spacious shower with two separate heads which is great for ladies washing their hair. Not many places cater for that. Tv in the bedroom which has Netflix amazing ! And the clock outside goes off hourly which didn’t bother us at all but the staff still left complimentary ear plugs incase ! Little touches like that show how great the place is ! Would definitely stay here again
The only fault I had was we stayed for two nights and brought our own food and a lot of drinks as it’s an apartment meaning we had a lot of waste and there was no extra bin bags left in the room so we had to use carrier bags we had brought with us with the shopping in. So if your staying a few nights I would bring little bin bags

Due to weather it was extremely hot and no way to get any real fresh air in to the room fans provided however one was very noisy and one didn’t work properly the filter was full of dust so no cold air flow
Everything! What an incredible place.
Great kitchen facilities, lovely smelling shampoo, body wash and hand soap, high chair for a baby and baby bed.
