Kamers waren al erg vroeg beschikbaar. We gingen naar een festival en het personeel houdt daar rekening mee. Denk dat 80 procent van de gasten voor het festival daar waren.
Brandalarm om half 4. Personeel wist van niets en het duurde vrij lang eer er duidelijkheid was. Blijkbaar was er een storing op de vijfde verdieping.
Handige locatie voor evenement in de buurt. Bedden sliepen heerlijk, qua buitengeluid is het erg stil.
Personeel is erg vriendelijk! Ontbijt was uitgebreid en werd goed bijgevuld.
Beetje rare ingang van het hotel. Het is afgesloten met een zwart hek (lijkt meer een dienstingang). Lastig om het knopje in te drukken omdat de auto niet verder naar voren kan. De deuren van de hotelkamers vallen erg hard dicht. Niet heel fijn als mensen 's nachts binnen komen. Er is weinig ruimte voor het ontbijt bij een vol hotel. Wij hebben ons ontbijt in de lobby gegeten.

Het ontbijt was lekker en het personeel was heel behulpzaam. Wij kwamen voor dynamo metalfest, en dit was op goede afstand te lopen! Dat was echt het beste aan dit hotel
Onze kamer werd niet schoongemaakt, waardoor wij geen schone handdoeken hadden toen wij terugkwamen van het festival. Normaal gesproken zouden we hier niet zo moeilijk over doen, maar omdat wij zo vies waren van het festival, konden we de handdoeken niet nogmaals gebruiken.
Ook ons bed was niet goed opgemaakt dat wij de eerste dag aankwamen. Het soort laken wat op het matras lag, lag niet vast, waardoor wij op het kale matras lagen.
Achteraf werd ons verteld dat we bij de receptie moesten melden als we onze kamer schoon wilde hebben. Dit is geen probleem, alleen stond dit nergens vermeld en wisten wij dit niet.
La chambre n’était pas propre : il y avait de la poussière partout. De plus, nous ne pouvions pas ouvrir les fenêtres, car il y avait des oiseaux morts sur le rebord.
Mais le plus problématique a été le lendemain matin : à 9h, j’ai été réveillé(e) en sursaut par l’alarme incendie. Le personnel nous a demandé de ne pas emprunter l’ascenseur, j’ai donc dû descendre par les escaliers de service depuis le 12e étage. Étant très sujet(te) au vertige, j’ai été complètement terrorisé(e) pendant cette évacuation.
Cette situation a été très stressante et, malheureusement, mon séjour a été une très mauvaise expérience.

Das Bett war zu weich.
Gratis parkeren, vriendelijk personeel, kamer goed geïsoleerd, regendouche, grote tv.
Kingsize bed lag niet zo lekker omdat de topper met laken steeds verschoof. Matras was te zacht voor ons. Koelkast hoorde je goed, dus oordopjes mee.
Het ontbijt was uitstekend, het was erg druk, maar het personeel deed zijn best om iedereen te voorzien van een goed ontbijt. Dit is prima gelukt.
