Quarto bem pequeno e café da manhã com poucas opções.
They called me 5 minutes after 12 about checking out
Location was great. Very close to the Alamo and the Riverwalk. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and nice and the bed was very comfortable.
There is no free hotel parking. There's a paid parking lot next to the hotel that can get pricey and valet is pricey. That's the only thing that we didn't like, but we made it work.
Price was very good, the location is good, and the room was clean and cool. They included breakfast with the rate, and coffee! I think the free coffee was the best thing.
Two issues, they don't have onsite parking and the nightlife is very loud outside of the hotel. The noise level is not something the hotel can control, other than replacing the windows with more sound insulating windows.
For parking, you must go to a paid parking lot close by, and there's several choices. I arrived late in the evening, and we were leaving at noon, but the parking lot system charged me for 2 days. Less than 24 hours and I paid for 48 hours. Not the fault of the hotel, but I think they hotel should make arrangement with one of the lots to help make this a better experience for guests.
The hotel was beautiful and clean. The valet parking was just a smidge cheaper than the public parking lot next door. We stayed on the 7th floor and barely heard any street traffic.
The room was the smallest room I’ve ever been in. I realize this is a historic hotel that was renovated, but the TV was mounted on a false wall. There was at least two feet from the false wall to the actual back wall. I felt very claustrophobic staying in that room.
Great location, very central. Room was decent . Very loud on the street outside, ask for an interior room.
Strong smell of deodorizer everywhere. Indian restaurant on site, if you don’t like that smell you won’t enjoy the hotel. It was strong and then masked by a strong deodorizer. Gross combination. Very very old single pane windows so lots of noise from the streeet.
It was nostalgic yet with all the necessary amenities. The location was great as well.
The staff
The horns honking at 10:30pm. Didn't sleep all night
It was close to downtown and was fairly clean.
The room was very small and smelled musty. This morning everything was very damp.

Convenient
We arrived a bit early and was able to book in which was really helpful and appreciated. The room was a little dated but clean and comfortable. The hotel was great for access to the River Walk, The Alamo and all other areas of interest, for the price it was fine.
Breakfast could have been a bit better, it was a bit basic and not the best, but that was the only thing that was not good.
