Pros:

Hotel bien placé, grande chambre bien confortable et équipée.

Bon petit déjeuner qui commence tôt (6h30)

Cons:

Je suis restée 3 nuits et à aucun moment le ménage a été fait dans la chambre, ni les poubelles vidées.

Fin de semana en San Antonio
Pros:

La relación precio - calidad - ubicación es excelente. Puedes tomar el transporte al aeropuerto a 2 cuadras del hotel y al estar en el centro de San Antonio puedes usar el transporte publico fácilmente.

Cons:

El desayuno tiene poca variedad si llevas una dieta estricta podría ser un problema, pero para la mayoría es suficiente para empezar bien el dia.

Cons:

The photos advertised do not look like the actual rooms. Sliding door restroom, only one elevator, shower door not working, stained toilet bowl, no water provided, and dismal breakfast selection

The staff was rude during check in. Also requested clean towels and linens from the front desk but it was never done

Lo único bueno que tiene es la ubicación

Cons:

No estaba limpio, el lobby luce sucio y desorganizado, solo funcionaba un elevador, la housekeeping nunca paso ni a dejar toallas limpias . Las fotos que muestran online están muy lejos de la realidad

Great stay.
Pros:

Everything was close by. It was an interesting hotel, and the breakfast was great. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

Some of the other guests didn't understand common courtesy when coming in during the later hours.

Pros:

Staff was attentive and ready to help. The location was nice, it was 2 blocks from the riverwalk. The bed was amazing!

Cons:

The AC could've been colder. We attempted to change the dial but it didnt get colder.
