Un excellent séjour dans un cadre plein de charme.
Pros:

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme des lieux, l'espace de vie qui nous a été attribué ainsi que la qualité des équipements. La petite terrasse privative, le jardin et le fait que l'ensemble soit entièrement fermé ont été de vrais atouts pour notre chien. Le logement Antoinette était parfaitement adapté à nos besoins. Nous avons également été sensibles à la gentillesse et à la disponibilité du personnel, qui nous a donné d'excellents conseils pour découvrir Honfleur lors de notre premier séjour.

Cons:

Les seuls points qui pourraient être améliorés concernent la connexion Wi-Fi, qui n'était malheureusement pas accessible malgré plusieurs tentatives de connexion.
Nous avons également trouvé que notre logement était un peu éloigné des principaux services de l'établissement, notamment de l'espace bien-être et du spa.
Enfin, à notre arrivée, le parking privé étant complet, nous avons dû chercher une place de stationnement en ville. Cela s'est avéré un peu compliqué, Honfleur accueillant de nombreux visiteurs et les places de parking disponibles étant relativement limitées.
Ces quelques remarques n'ont toutefois pas altéré la qualité de notre séjour, que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

Disappointing! Because the hotel was not suitable for someone less mobile we had to move.
Pros:

The extremely friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

Unfortunately my wife is not that mobile and even the first floor room was not very accessible
The food in the hotel restaurant was very disappointing, the Fois Gras was not good and the Moules were probably out of season and should not have been served.
Sadly, building works meant that access to the hotel was difficult for my wife

Estuvimos alojados en un edificio anexo que (por lo que nos dijeron) antiguamente era una escuela parroquial. Una estructura antigua muy linda, bien ubicada y muy tranquila.
El desayuno completo, variado y fino.

Cons:

A las habitaciones les faltó calidez, un toque de decoración que marque la diferencia. Entiendo que el anexo es utilizado para conferencias corporativas, lo que probablemente ahi esté la respuesta. No se como son la habitaciones del edificio principal

L’emplacement est un élément important mais il ne peut compenser le confort et les services rendus
Cons:

Chambre dans les combles. Obliger de se mettre à genoux pour prendre sa douche. Déjeuner très dépouillé 35 min après le début et pas remplacé. Expérience très décevante pour un 4 * chez Radisson.

Amazing stay that exceeded all expectations!
Pros:

My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing and exceeded all my expectations. Everything was perfect, from the comfortable room to the friendly and attentive staff. The hotel was clean, welcoming, and made me feel at home from the moment I arrived.
The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. I truly enjoyed every part of my stay and would not hesitate to return in the future. Highly recommended!
