Cons:

La primera habitación que nos dieron, en el edificio principal, era buena, pero tenia una alfombra viejísima y muy sucia, imposible de dormir ahí si tienes alergias. Pedimos cambio de habitación y no cambiaron amablemente a una mucho mas grande, con piso vinílico. Pero creo que lo que muestran en sus fotos no tiene que ver mucho con lo que encuentras. Esperaba mas.

Geen prijs versus kwaliteit, teleurgesteld.
Pros:

De locatie is super, vlak in het centrum. De grootte en de inrichting van de kamer voldeed aan de verwachtingen.

Cons:

De algemene properheid en zeker van het bijgebouw. In de zaal van de benedenverdieping had een feest plaatsgevonden de avond voor onze aankomst (zaterdag). Deze bleef niet opgeruimd achter tot de maandag. Een bloemstuk bleef verwelkt achter… Spijtig dat dit in het zicht bleef. Ook het terras van het bijgebouw kon een borstelbeurt krijgen. De handdoeken werden na de eerste nacht niet vervangen.
Het brood bij het ontbijt was hard. De spiegeleieren rubber. Een chauffe plat is aangewezen voor de eieren, spek, pannenkoeken…. De koffiemachine verdient een grondige afwasbeurt. Niet alleen het leegmaken van het koffiegruis dient te gebeuren.
Spijtig dat het personeel het groot scherm en pc niet meer kon verbinden om de wk-finale tijdens de uitzending.
Alhoewel het (jonge personeel) zijn best deed misten wij een mature aanwezige.

J'avais fait une très grosse erreur lors de ma réservation mais la gentille dame a la réception a tout arrangé immédiatement. Encore merci Madame...vous n'étiez pas obligé de faire le geste que vous avez fait.
Bravo.

Een verblijf in dit hotel is een bijzondere ervaring.
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel. Uitstekende locatie.

Cons:

Superior verblijf voldeed niet. Te klein en te warm. Enorm bed neemt de hele ruimte in beslag. Geen airco.
Upgrade tegen extra betaling voldeed wel. Airco was ok. Dekbedden van type winter veel te warm ondanks de airco.

Right in the centre of town

Cons:

Not a fan of no onsite parking but public spaces were not far away. We were not informed that parking adjacent to the hotel was free on weekdays.

Overall, we had a nice time survey a lack of attention to certain things, i.e. the Door to go in and out from the breakf
Pros:

The location was fantastic close to the Main Square and all the shops

Cons:

The lack of privacy as the windows were really low you felt you could be clearly seen from the street, there was a bath in the room which some might like, but I would suggest the bed would’ve been much better in this position to give you more privacy

Perfect location bang in the middle of Honfleur, friendly staff, decent breakfast.

Cons:

We are only mid July and the hotel feels tired. Sink semi-blocked, fag end stuffed into the fan in our room (a superior room supposedly), dirty carpets, an overall feeling of grubbiness. The place is in desperate need of renovation and AC. Very overpriced for what we got.

Déçu par le rapport qualité prix par rapport aux (nombreuses) autres réservations faites via Booking
Pros:

- emplacement idéal dans le centre historique
- personnel sympathique
- bon petit déjeuner avec des produits locaux

Cons:

- niveau qualité prix pas bon
- le standing ne correspond pas à l'attente pour un 4* de ce prix
- restaurant bon sans plus (loin du semi-gastronomique affiché)
- serviettes et peignoirs fournis ne correspondant pas au nombre d'occupants annoncés
