We had a lovely stay in honfleur. Disappointed with attitude of some of the hotel staff (not all)
Pros:

The property was very pretty in an excellent location. Offered parking also 👍
Bed was very comfortable, with nice bed linen.

Cons:

Room was pretty but tired, paint flaking, shower continuously dripping, so had to put towels down on the floor. Also could not close shower door fully.
Whilst I hate being negative, the service in the hotel was severely lacking. We were not given instructions to find the hotel following parking, and we had to stop and ask several members of the public how to get there.
Tried ordering a drink at the bar and we were left for 45 minutes without anyone attending us. We then left.
Some staff members were bordering on rude. No smiles and failure to acknowledge. Finally we attended the breakfast room at 9.40 on day of departure to find most of the food not available, with none of it being replenished. After a lengthy wait we left.
I hope as a hotel you take these comments on board and as constructive criticism in the hope that services will improve . At the price point and star rating better is expected .

The hotel in the best location
Pros:

Obviously, the location is the best in Onfleur. Fantastic several-centuries old building. Friendly personal. Great breakfast.

Pros:

Personnel très aimable et bienveillant
Chambres très confortables et propres.
Lieu excellent en plein centre et calme de notre côté chambre vu sur les toits.
Cela nous a pas dérangé.

Cons:

Le restaurant pas trop choix sur la carte.
Et si c'était possible de faire une carte aux prix plus allégés pour satisfaire toutes types de clientèles.

Pros:

Zeer centraal gelegen in het historisch centrum. Alles te voet bereikbaar. Oude charme. 2 restaurants die deel uitmaken van het hotel. Le Tourbillon om de hoek gelegen, aangename setting en eerlijke keuken. La maison de Lea, gelegen in het hotel, tevens eerlijke en aangename keuken.

Liever kamers zonder vast tapijt …

Pros:

Charmant hôtel et très bon repas .

Cons:

Nous sommes venu plus particulièrement pour l’anniversaire de ma sœur et nous avons indiqué à plusieurs reprise cette venue .
Au moment du dessert aucune attention .
Ils ont oublié la cause de notre venue qui était indiqué , sur Booking, lors de notre réservation pour le restaurant et lors de l’hôtel téléphonique pour confirmer notre venue au restaurant et plus de précisions sur le repas .

Nous avions encore les verre vide apéritif lors de nos dessert ainsi que la sauce poivre le service à table manque d’expérience

Boutique hotel a Honfleur
Pros:

Struttura d’epoca situata in pieno centro dell’affascinante borgo di Honfleur. Posizione, pertanto, imbattibile.
Camera arredata in modo ineccepibile con occhio al minimo dettaglio, iper silenziosa e letto comodissimo per un riposo assicurato.
Abbiamo optato per la colazione in loco, che presentava un vasto assortimento sia di dolce che di salato con prodotti di qualità.

Cons:

Le note dolenti, che, a mio avviso, guastano alquanto l’esperienza del soggiorno in questa struttura riguardano la pulizia della stanza (presenza di polvere ovunque e un asciugamano rinvenuto già sporco) e, soprattutto, la scarsa cortesia e disponibilità riscontrata nel personale. A eccezione di una ragazza del ricevimento (purtroppo non sappiamo il nome), che si è operata attivamente e con professionalità per risolvere le piccole criticità emerse, gli altri con cui ci siamo interfacciati si sono dimostrati freddi e altezzosi nell’approcciarsi a noi. E, per un boutique hotel che si fregia nei propri opuscoli di fare dell’ospitalità un fiore all’occhiello, questa rappresenta davvero una enorme nota di demerito, considerato il livello complessivo a cui la struttura ambisce.

We loved it!

The hotel was so cute and in front of a market and square, really nice location. The family room was ideal with 2 rooms 2 bathrooms. Really cosy. Excellent breakfast. The spa session left me fully relaxed.

Pros:

L'emplacement est top. Près du vieux bassin et des bars/ restaurants.

Cons:

Ce n'est pas une petite chambre mais une TINY room. Étant mince je touchais les parois de la douche. La chambre et ses meubles doivent être rafraîchis. Voir photos. Les parking a proximité sont excessivement chers. Pensez y dans votre budget. Par contre vous pouvez utiliser l'application easypark pour recharger le parcmètre sans devoir vous déplacer. Je n'ai pas testé le PDJ ni le spa.

Hotel and the room needs to be upgraded and refreshed. The whole place is very tired. The carpets were in need of replacement as was the plumbing and the bathrooms.
