Soggiorno piacevole in una struttura piena di fascino
Pros:

La posizione e l’eleganza degli ambienti

Cons:

Servizio del ristorante davvero troppo lento e poca luce nella parte all’aperto dove abbiamo praticamente cenato al buio.

Hotel and the room needs to be upgraded and refreshed. The whole place is very tired. The carpets were in need of replacement as was the plumbing and the bathrooms.

Agradable estancia en un hotel antiguo y bonito

Estaba bien ubicado y era antiguo y bonito. Limpio. El personal amable, pero nadie entiende inglés ni se esfuerza mucho por entenderlo.

Cons:

El hecho de que fuera antiguo hacía que algunas de las instalaciones no fueran tan cómodas. Al segundo día se acabó el jabón y tuvimos que pedir más. Lo mismo el shampoo. La pieza tenía unas vigas sobre la cama que hacía que te golpearas en la cabeza todo el tiempo.

We loved the location and the staff were good but the noise and cramped conditions were a disappointment .

Great location. Beautiful building and heritage. Absolutely authentically old

Cons:

Extremely noisy in the very early mornings. Dirty carpet on the hall and stairwells
Due to the age of the building footsteps in the room above us were very audible especially at night

Relaxing, very convenient in location and good service.
Pros:

Fabulous, fresh breakfast with lots of variety. Excellent housekeeping. Friendly and helpful staff on reception and in the dining room. Especially impressed because taking care of a person in a wheelchair. One lovely member of staff even parked the car for us.

The carpet on stairs and landings was filthy, the breakfast at €25 which was way over priced, you would need a chain saw to cut the bread. I d give the breakfast 5 out of 10.

Albergo caratteristico in una vecchia struttura di fronte alla chiesa di s caterina. Posizione strategica. Personale molto gentile. per qualcun puo essere scomodo il fatto che non ci sia ascensore e le scale abbastanza ripide

Cons:

in albergo tutto bene invece esperienza negativa al ristorante "tourbillon", dove, nonostante il locale fosse quasi vuoto abbiamo atteseo un tempo lunghissimo e le pietanze erano minuscole e insignificanti

Pros:

La proximité avec le centre et le charme de l’hôtel

Cons:

La chambre mais surtout le coin salle de bain toilette était assez exigu.
Le pain tranché au resto était un peu dur. Une bonne tradition aurait été parfait 👍🏻
