Hard to think of anything I liked to be honest.
The guy in reception wasn't friendly.
The carpet going up the stairs was hideous. Original plumbing and electrical. Very hard to flush the toilet. Water in shower only just hot enough. Couldn't have the kettle and heater going at the same time! No complimentary milk either.
Wouldn't recommend and won't stay there again.
An old art deco hotel, a little worn but very clean and comfortable. Added bonus of a laundromat on sight.
Walking distance to an excellent Indian reastaurant
No compkaints
Location was close to town. Price was good
The venue is run down, a bit smelly
Convenience.
The grand stair case.. from yesteryear absolutely beautiful
other guest tramping their dirty boots
i loved the old historical building still operating the Staff were kind and helpful
i didn't like other people complaining about this place because 1. value for money. alternative motels are expensive and 🤮this was nice on a budget.
None!
Room heater didnt work as i didnt notice the outlet was tripped when heated the water. Poor electrical supplies. No good parking space.
This is our second time staying here. Location to local attractions is great. The hotel it self has history hopefully it is restored to its former grandeur which would be great.
That the writing room and telephone room are being used as storage.
Good value, stayed there before, central location
Would have loved a second pillow
Warm and clean
Clean with good location
Very dated and well worn like an old pair of shoes
Lot of road noise
Affordable. Convenient location. Quirky character. Clean. Quiet.
Bed was comfortable
Needs a good clean and renovations, entrace smells like a brewery, accomadation on 1st floor, only way up is stairs, stair case not senior/invalid freindly parking out on street
