Good for an overnight stay
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. Good size room and very clean . Secure gated car parking area.

Cons:

This property is undergoing a renovation that looks like it has been happening for several years. Much is not completed so a little under whelming on arrival. Also the restaurant is not available as also under renovation.

Front of house staff was lovely

Cons:

Shame the restaurant reno wasn’t finished yet, it will be amazing when done.

Floor in room was slimy/slippery like they had mopped the floor with cleaner but hadn’t washed it off afterwards. Otherwise a good stay.

Everything is good. The front desk staff are very friendly.
Pros:

The room was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. We really enjoyed having a microwave and a kettle in the room.

Cons:

The only thing- the floor was a bit dusty.

Great for families
Cons:

We couldn't check in as early as we wanted to unfortunately. After an early "set off" from Perth, we arrived circa 8.00 am. In all fairness, they did advise that 8.00 am would be too early, but they also advised that the desk would be manned. We were eventually able to check in circa 11.30 am, but my room wasn't ready, although the larger one was. Any was... An "above average" stay owing to proximity and cleanliness (plus facilities for the kids to excite themselves with). The desk doesn't have to be manned at all times, but the contact mobile phone should be effective.

Beautiful stay as always, lovely interior. Rooms are designed and cared for so well always makes for a beautiful stay. Amazing location right on the beach, sunrises and sunsets viewed perfectly from the balcony everyday!

Cons:

Only one thing would be to improve the shower curtains, with the fan on they blew into the shower and lost the purpose of keeping the water out. Maybe replace them to be longer and add weights to the base of the curtains so they can be placed outside the shower and won’t blow when the fan is on.

Seaview, location good, clean and airy.

Cons:

Provides crockery and cutlery but no table inside the room to eat at. There was a small side table on the balcony for coffee cups but not suitable to eat at.
