Pros:

Very nice size room with a view to the harbour. Great shower in a huge bathroom with a stand alone bath. We enjoyed having drinks on the terrace.

Cons:

If pushed I would say that the room was a little dark but that's just my point of view.

A simple but pleasant stay
Pros:

The location was perfect for my business trip. The staff were friendly and the hotel was perfectly fine for my stay.

Cons:

There are a few small areas that could do with some refurbishment, but this didn't bother me, as I arrived late in the evening and left early the next morning.

Un point de chute idéal au bord de l'eau pour découvrir cette magnifique ville d'Anvers

Magnifique emplacement avec vue sur la Marina et les vieux bateaux à voile, chambre confortable et riche en articles F&B, petit déjeuner de qualité et très complet, staff accueillant qui nous a organisé un late check-in bienvenu. Bel établissement que nous ne pouvons que recommander et où nous reviendrons !

Cons:

Une bouilloire pour le thé aurait été un bon complément à la machine Nespresso. Quelques détails de nettoyage, genre le pommeau de douche plein de calcaire, mais rien de rébarbatif ! Le parking public couvert est un peu éloigné si on est chargés mais il nous a été proposé d'utiliser les places de déchargement devant l'hôtel pour une prochaine fois. Le late check-in (dès 23 h) nous a été facturé 25 euros alors que la manoeuvre n'a nécessité que de mettre une clé dans un boitier digicode et d'envoyer des messages Whatsapp types avec photo pour nous donner les indications. De plus nous sommes finalement arrivés plus tôt que prévu et du staff était sur place pour nous accueillir, cette facturation ne nous paraît donc pas justifiée, d'autant que nous avons passé trois nuits à l'hôtel, dommage...

Unterhalb unseres Zimmers befand sich der Außenbereich eines Lokals, in dem Samstag von 9:00-18:00 sehr laut mit Außenmusik gefeiert wurde. Bis 18:00 sehr laut. Zimmer zur Seite buchen.

A great place to stay but in a not so quiet area
Pros:

Amazing location right in front of the MAS and 1mn away from a tram stop.
Rooms are not too big but comfortable.
Excellent bedding (better than at home…).
Restaurant and bar / breakfast area are very pleasantly decorated.
Area is quiet (but not always see below…).

Cons:

The hotel is right on the wharf, next to a pub.
The day we were there, the pub was hosting a gathering, with a band and crowds of rowdy people, who played music and made loud noises until late in the evening.
Not sure how often this sort of thing happens, but the sure thing is that the area is quiet but not always.

Op het eerste zicht allemaal mooi en ik maar eens je vijf minuutjes binnen bent zie je toch heel wat gebreken vooral in de douchecabine het schimmel stond op de handdouchekop. Ook waren de melkjes bij de koffie reeds twee maand over datum… misverstand bij afrekenen consumptie op het terras waarbij een fles werd aangerekend ipv een glas. Na vijf dagen nog steeds geen terugbetaling ontvangen na het erkennen van hun fouten.
