We sliepen hier om door te gaan naar de Komodo tour. Echt dichtbij alles en in de straat genoeg restaurants. Ook een hele goeie barber!

The location is great and their restaurant is incredible.

mauvaise expérience… alors qu’ils me confirment un transfert taxi au port (avec un prix excessif pour faire 1km), personne n’était là. j’ai eu une chambre au sous sol sans fenêtre avec une odeur de renfermé, chambre très humide. quand je l’ai fait remarqué ils n’ont pas tenté d’arranger la situation.
énormément de bruit pendant la nuit, le personnel avait son « bureau » à côté de ma chambre, des 6:30 ils parlaient fort…
vraiment une mauvaise expérience.
la situation était peut être la seule chose positive (dans la rue principale, près du port)

We were excited for our adventure trip to Labuan Bajo, taking in a 3 day/2 night 'liveaboard', & 2 days hiking. In-between all these we needed a hotel. With 3 couples travelling it's a big decision to make!
Labuan Bajo accommodation seems to be either very cheap & basic or very expensive, not much in the middle. The Eco Tree 'Otel was appeared amongst the best of the basic. The reviews were all very good & the location was excellent. I duly booked 3 separate stays, with the option to cancel if we weren't happy after the first stay. I needn't have worried, the Eco Tree was perfect for us!
The hotel has a rustic design & is quite quirky, lots of levels. The bright & airy reception opens to rooms upstairs & downstairs both sides. The stairs to the upper level take you to an open terrace serving as bar & restaurant.
The rooms are fine, a good size, very clean, king beds, good a/c & excellent shower. Not much natural light but this was fine. The rooms on the lower floor near the street are a little noisy, the rest are peaceful.
The terrace was our favourite place, breakfast most days & Happy Hour in the evening. It offers panoramic views across Labuan Bajo harbour & out to the islands. A 5 star hotel couldn't have a better view.
The Eco Tree was also excellent value, around 100 Riggit a night (<£20). The location is perfect, opposite 2 supermarkets, & an ATM; surrounded by Dive ahops, tour operators, bars, & restaurants.
One thing our group really enjoyed was the hotel had lots of staff, some experienced, some trainee. The trainees were a little slow but made up for that with enthusiasm. It's great that the locals are able to get their start in hospitality in a place like this. All the staff greeted us every visit with cheerful smiles & made us feel very welcome.
We kept our reservations & stayed 3 times on this trip, & if we return to LBJ, we'll stay again. The Eco Tree 'Otel was a great choice! 😎🇮🇩💪

Central location with everything you need in walking distance. Nice rooms and a restaurant upstairs with a great view from the balcony.

The value we can get is great, 3 stars hotel with 5 stars view. One of the best places to stay in Labuan Bajo

Also, the staffs are friendly and very accomodating to our requests. We appreciate it a lot 😀

Good location

Es céntric

Large spacious room, king single beds with good pillows. Excellent air conditioning unit. Great big bathroom with excellent shower. Breakfast choice was excellent and totally delicious. The view over the bay from the restaurant as you eat is breathtaking. Great selection of local restaurants and shops down the street, ATM's close by, minimarket across the road for water and other essentials.

The location was really good and the staff was very friendly.
