Pros:

Very nice people from your team. The room was very nice - bed really comfortable and good quality sheets. Brilliant location.

Cons:

Would have been nice to have a kettle in the room and I was slightly disappointed in the "balcony" as it was impossible to have both window open for access, no room to sit on it and the windows quite dirty.

Great stay would highly recommend
Pros:

Great location, very close to the old town. There is always a significant noise level in this part of town but the windows were very good and hardly any noise got through.
The beds were very comfortable and the room had electric shutters which made the room quite dark, ensuring a good nights sleep.

Cons:

The room is quite small with not much storage space unfortunately.

Fantastic trip all round
Pros:

Fabulous location, extremely clean, staff very helpful, late checkout without a mention of money. Staff carried cases up and down the stairs.

Cons:

I could have done with booking a slightly bigger room, especially for two adults there for a week with two large suitcases.

Nice place to stay in Santander
Pros:

Great location, good cleanliness, and they let us store our bags for an hour or so until checkin. Decent place to stay on the Camino.

Cons:

A bit on the pricey side for what it is. That might have been because of the international dance competition that was in town though.

Pros:

Tesis konumunun eski şehir merkezinde ulaşımının kolay bir yerde olması ve şehirde görmek istediğimiz yerlere çok yakın bir bölgede olması, odaların temiz ve personelin güler yüzlü olması bizi mutlu etti.

Great place to stay in the centre of town close to everything. We'd definitely stay here again!
Pros:

The property was very well located at the edge of the old town which meant we were in the heart of things and within easy walking distance of most attractions but things weren't too noisy. The room itself was really lovely, large, light and clean with a huge bed and black-out blinds so we slept amazingly. Nice little balcony to step on to which we liked. Staff were super friendly and helpful - thank you!

Cons:

Some very small improvements (but nothing which were essential at all) would be: a kettle in the room and a few more hangers. Walking up the stairs with heavy bags wasn't ideal but, again, the property itself was worth it so we didn't mind :-)

当初エレベーターがない施設で、翌朝の出発時間が早く、スーツケース降ろし手伝い不可のため、当日オーナーがエレベーター付きの別の施設に変更の対応をしてくださいました。
とても便利なロケーションの施設でした。
