Aconchegante, cama super confortável. Café da manhã maravilhoso, e com muitas variedades.
Roupas de cama limpas, toalhas trocadas todos os dias. O hotel fica entre Gramado e Canela, muito perto da avenida, lojas e algumas atrações você pode ir a pé!
Não deixe de conhecer a capela que tem na garagem, além de charmosa traz muita paz!

Pros:

Adorei o quarto, super espaçoso e bem quentinho, tinha aquecedor no banheiro o chão ficava bem quentinho.

Cons:

Única coisa que não gostei foi por ser um pouco distante do centro de Gramado, claro que de carro é mais pertinho questão de 10 minutos, mas como estava sem. Fora isso tudo impecável, eu adorei.

Pros:

Achei o tamanho do quarto e do banheiro excelentes! eram enormes, muito espaçoso mesmo! e o café da manhã muito saboroso! O espaço kids apesar de ser pequeno atendeu mto bem meu filho então adoramos também. Um ponto forte também foi o silêncio dos quartos, era muito silencioso.

Pros:

Equipe do hotel muito simpática e prestativa, acomodações confortáveis, café da manhã muito bom e ótima localização, situado entre Gramado e Canela facilita o deslocamento entre as duas cidades.

Cons:

Como oportunidade de melhoria, a instalação de um ponto de luz focado no espelho da bancada do banheiro elevaria significativamente a funcionalidade do ambiente.
