La ubicación es excelente. Hubiera querido que hubiera desayunos más temprano. La comida es excelente. El personal muy amable
La base del colchón está muy grande y me di un golpe en la rodilla en una esquina que sobresale por debajo del colchón. Hacen falta más contactos visibles para conectar y no encontré canales locales o del gobierno como 11 y 14.
Es un bonito lugar las habitaciones son pequeñas y muy limpias
El ruido de la madrugada de huéspedes incómodos lo cual soluciono la persona que estaba en la resepcion pidiendoles amablemente que entraran a sus habitaciones

La persona de cocina muy amable, de lo más valioso del hotel.
No cuentan con ningún tipo de aire y se siente mucho calor, los colchones y almohadas están muy viejos e incómodos por lo mismo, estás sobre puros resortes.
El control de la TV no funcionó.

Mi habitación daba a la calle y los ruídos en la noche era como tenerlos al lado. Si pudieran poner algo para aislar el ruido sería maravilloso.

Como tal no es q no me guste pero las almohadas eran un poco duras.
Awful service. If possible, avoid staying here at all costs. My partner just recently stayed at this place. At midnight, he went out to buy some water because he was thirsty at a convenience store one block away like 15 minutes, and upon returning, they left him outside waiting for two hours in 53 °F weather, without his sweater or wallet in a city well known for its very high crime rate, and just one block from where the former city major was savagely murdered. He kept knocking and calling insistently until they finally let him in. When they did, the male receptionist was arrogant, violent rude, even challenging him to physical violence. He requested a refund, which was denied. The male receptionist maintained a hostile and rude attitude throughout the entire ordeal. Do yourself a favor and choose another place if you're concerned about your safety.
