Lovely independent hotel in a nice location at the quieter end of Blackpool
Pros:

I stayed in lovely contemporary decorated modern room. It was a nice touch to have the fridge filled with a bottle of water which was very welcome in the summer. There was a nice selection of tea/coffee and hot chocolate in the room along with tasty fresh cookies.

I received a warm welcome from the hosts on arrival.

The hotel had a well stocked honesty bar.
The hotel is well located on the North Shore of Blackpool. There is a nearby tram stop if you want to use it to travel down to attractions in the South of Blackpool.

Cons:

The room was a little bit warm. However, opening the windows to let in the Blackpool breeze helped with this.
There is no breakfast option available currently but there is a very nice independent cafe (Cafe47) located nearby which is open at the weekends and is a great option for a reasonably priced, excellent quality breakfast. The owner had the menus available for this.

A gem of a hotel. Great location. Perfect host. Couldn’t have asked for more.
Pros:

Jane is the perfect host. Nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation is in a great location, it’s spotlessly clean and there’s so many little touches that made it feel welcoming.

Wonderful Host Jane with a warm welcome on arrival and the room was fantastic and bathroom wonderful. Clean smart and welcoming and a great bar downstairs. Great location and will be back.

Lovely and clean, the owner was lovely too and very helpful. It's in a lovely peaceful part of Blackpool. We had a lovely night away. Thank you xx
