The staff is super helpful and genuinely helped us a lot! The breakfast is amazing and the rooms are comfortable. The neighbourhood has everything you need, from small stores to great restaurants.
The floor is a bit too cold (at least on the winter) and the air conditioning does an ok job of keeping the room warm

Hotel di grande charme in un quartiere delizioso di Santiago. La posizione é eccellente, a un minuto a piedi da ristoranti, bar, negozi ecc. La struttura é estremamente curata con un gusto eccellente per il design, le camere compatte ma assolutamente perfette in termini di funzionalità e arredi (ci sono prese, appendini, ganci in bagno, superfici d’appoggio, phon potente.. finalmente tutto tutto giusto!!). Chiuso con una nota di merito per la colazione che viene servita scegliendo da un menù nel grazioso locale situato nel building, le opzioni proposte sono squisite!

Breakfast was excellent, location was fantastic, it felt safe but also right in the action. Staff were always helpful and friendly.
Room was a little small, but all things considered this was a worthwhile price to pay for everything else.

Friendly reception staff and very beautiful design in a walkable neighborhood. They gave us many suggestions on navigating the city/metro system and the breakfast was delicious! The room size is smaller but very cozy with a soft bed and heat/AC unit. We highly recommend Maison Italian!
