La camera doveva essere matrimoniale ma c’erano due letti singoli uniti, non c’era la scelta del cuscino, i prodotti da bagno omaggio inesistenti, i flaconi per schiuma vuoti e le tende sporche di nero

Pros:

Soggiornato da solo e mi hanno dato una tripla molto spaziosa con balcone

Cons:

Purtroppo è l'unico hotel del gruppo di 5/6 hotels dove non è presente la reception e la colazione si fa negli altri hotels del gruppo... comunque molto vicini e la colazione era completa di tutto

Camera con odore di fumo , prenotato un Hotel (Arno) , cek in in un’altro, e alla fine mi hanno messo in un terzo ! Tutto molto vicino …però!!!

Cons:

The receptionist was horrible. The lobby had no air conditioning and there was a long line of people waiting in 35 degree Celsius, swearing. There was a two difficult clients and she took 15 min to help them, then after them took on someone who jumped the line, while I was waiting and dying in heat. An Italian guy's behind me finally explained to her that she can't behave like that and let me a the other guest wait. It was one of my worst hotel lobby experiences.
