Perfect weekend getaway in Chicago!
Pros:

Well located, very friendly staff, loved the touches in the room and the controls for the lighting. Very spacious and thoughtfully designed rooms. Really loved the large shower. The gym was excellent as well.

Pros:

Questo hotel è davvero splendido, molto confortevole camere grandi , arredate in stile art decò. L'attenzione ai particolari è davvero incredibile, ha superato di gran lunga le mie aspettative, inoltre si trova una una zona davvero centrale vicinissima alla Magnificent Mile. Poche volte in America ho soggiornato in un hotel con questa grande qualità. Il personale gentilissimo ha provveduto a rispettare tutte le mie richieste, inoltre voglio segnalare il letto comodissimo!

Cons:

Il fatto che una delle due ascensori fosse guasto, e non l'hanno riparato in tempo, così si creava una grande fila nell'unico ascensore disponibile

My stay was peaceful, relaxing, and a breath of fresh air made me actually want to relocate! I overly enjoyed my stay!
Pros:

It’s very beautiful on the inside they didn’t bother me while I was sleeping to do room service and they just made me overall feel welcomed! I would definitely come stay again I loved it!

Cons:

I loved the decor the staff was really nice and helpful and they had a cute candy caddy out in the lobby and fresh fruit water.
