Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt; kurze Wege zum Feldberggipfel, zum Titi-, und Schluchsee. Sehr angenehmes Personal. Vor allem der Wellnessbereich ist unglaublich gut.

Cons:

Die Brötchenauswahl könnte abwechslungsreicher sein, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Gute Wahl als Wochenend Aufenthalt

Gelungene Auszeit
Pros:

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche im Burg Hotel. Zentral gelegen für viele Highlights mit Kindern, dazu gibts die Hochschwarzwaldcard mit der man unzählige Aktionen ermäßigt oder sogar kostenfrei erleben kann.
Zimmer sehr sauber und komfortabel, das Frühstück bietet alles was das Herz begehrt, das Restaurant am Abend und die Vesperkarte am Nachmittag bieten eine gute Auswahl und geschmacklich war's wirklich top. Alle Mitarbeiter waren nett und kinderfreundlich. Uns hat es echt gut gefallen. Einziger wünschenswerter Minipunkt eine Rutsche im Hang, Spielturm o.ä. vor der Terrasse wäre toll gewesen, damit die Kids eine Anlaufadresse am Abend haben und die Spiele im Keller dürften auch mal aufgefrischt werden ;-)

Pros:

Wir haben ein fantastisches Wochenende in diesem Hotel verbracht und sind absolut begeistert. Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise war alles perfekt.

Das Zimmer war traumhaft: sehr geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und blitzsauber. Die Betten waren super bequem, sodass wir uns bestens erholen konnten. Ein großes Lob geht an das gesamte Personal – alle waren außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und stets hilfsbereit.

Auch kulinarisch wurden wir verwöhnt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielseitig, frisch und von hervorragender Qualität. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls ideal, um die Gegend zu erkunden.

Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen und kommen definitiv wieder. Vielen Dank für den großartigen Service!

Pros:

Nous avions une très grande chambre familiale, avec mezzanine et kitchenette. Le réfrigérateur a été bien apprécié par temps de canicule. Le petit déjeuner correspond au standard allemand: varié et copieux. Nous avons bien profité de la carte de transport ainsi que de la "Hochschwartzwaldkarte" qui propose des réductions , voire des accès gratuits à de nombreuses animations.

Cons:

Le nombre de places de parking est limité, mais à la réception on vous remet un carton avec votre numéro de chambre, ce qui permet d'identifier les résidents de l'hôtel (très bon système).
