Souci de communication avec le personnel au moment du repas du soir . Mauvaise compréhension sur le paiement à faire immédiatement ou le lendemain au départ de l’hôtel . Résolu après échange

Nous étions de passage juste pour une nuit parce nous faisions un road trip a moto . Nous avons tous aimé, l'accueil, le personnel, la chambre, le repas tous étais correct rien a dire je recommande cette établissement.

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel, wir hatten ein sehr großzügiges Zimmer im 4. OG und direkten Blick auf den Feldberg. Gutes Essen und sehr aufmerksames Personal. Gerne wieder 🙌🏽

Es hat mir hervorragend gefallen. Und die Hunde sind in dieser Gegend voll auf ihre Kosten gekommen.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr gross, fast eine kleinere 2 Zimmerwohnung. Ich habe ein Upgrade erhalten, eine Sweat, mit kleiner Küchennische. Es war sehr sauber und ganz hübsch mit dem Schwan aus Frottiertüchern hergerichtet. Auch das Toilettenpapier schön mit einem Fächer gefaltet.
Das Frühstück war reichlich, schön präsentiert. Auch die warme Küche war lecker.
Wellness sehr grosszügig, für die, die dazu zeit haben. Zum Ausklang des Tages, kann man sich noch im Barstübli noch bequem machen und etwas Trinken. Auch diese Bedienung war sehr nett.

Cons:

Die Matratze war für mich zu hart.
Dessertkarte könnte mehr Auswahl aufweisen. Tages Menü täglich ändern. Nach einer Woche hat man die Speisekarte "durchgegessen"

Pros:

Alle freundlich zuvorkommend, Lage gut, Busstation ganz nah. Man kann gut wandern der Titisee umlaufen, gut Essen Frühstück Abendessen, hat alles gepasst. Relativ günstig.

Cons:

Kann ich nichts dazu sagen. Mir hat alles gefallen.Meinem Hund auch, der war ganz entspannt.

Toller, schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Uns hat die Lage, die Ruhe, die ganze Hotelanlage mit der grossen Terrasse und das freundliche Personal sehr gut gefallen. Das Essen war sehr gut, frisch zubereitet und preiswert! Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig! Wir waren zum zweiten Mal dort und werden wieder hingehen.
