فندق بالكاد يمشي الحال

جميع الموظفين ودودين ومتعاونين ، الموقع قريب من سوق واقف بالسيارة

Cons:

الفندق قديم والاثاث يحتاج الى تبديل، الزولية الي في الغرفة كانت جدا مستخة وبها مثل الزيت من الوسخ وبها بقع كثيرة ، الحمام كان الماء لا يتصرف فيمتلئ مكان السباحة ويخرج الماء الى خارج مكان السباحة وايضا يبقى الماء ولا يتصرف وعندما اخبرتهم ما صلحوه ، الحمام ايضا قديم

Dirty rooms - keep away from this Hotel!!!

Rooms were exceptionally dirty and outdated. Carpet had lots of stains - dirty and ripped. Mattress had springs poking very uncomfortable. Our boys room had cigarette smell and toilet stank of urine. Cupboards did not open. No WiFi available so we had to use our mobile data. No breakfast available only arabic food - hotel does not cater for all customers. We asked for extra pillow as they were very hollow. Housekeeping called us at 2am if we still wanted pillow? Overall very poor. The worst hotel we have stayed in.

I booked two rooms, but upon arrival, one wasn't ready; however, I was given a replacement. It was a fully equipped suite offering more space and privacy than standard rooms.

الاداره حيث نحجز لمده اسبوع وفي حال تاخرنا لنصف ساعه لتمديد لمده اسبوع اخر ياتي الموظف الى الغرفه ليزعجك و يطالب الدفع مقدماً ولا اخرج ماهذه السياسه
