Cons:

The property was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The room was unclean, and the toilet was in a very disgusting condition. There was a strong unpleasant smell in the room, which led me to open the window,however, even the window area was dusty and dirty, with cigarette butts left there. Overall, the entire place was filthy and not suitable for a stay.

Price bbaloi dgn bilik.. cun2 je.. taklah seperti yg d expect mcm dlm gambar tapi rasa tak rugilah..boleh je.. tmpt pun ok juga..klu nak balik smula brunei dekat sikit... nak buat kacamata je sbnrnya kat econsave.. tu yg cuba tgal kat hotel ni..tpi ok lah..tak juga mnyesal ...

The room space is just nice if travelling alone..
Near to Supermarket and eateries. Parking available on site. Late check-out available with minimal fee.

Cons:

No lifts available. Not suitable for families, or people with disabilities.
