Centraal en prima verblijf
Pros:

Locatie is heel goed, metro dichtbij en voldoende te doen in de wijk roppongi.

Cons:

Kamer is wel wat klein, niet echt veel koffer ruimte , maar verder netje en en functioneel.

Hotel ben situat i net
Pros:

Tot molt correcte i net. La zona tranquil•la i amb bons restaurants. A la recepció tenen tot tipus d’amenities i em van deixar un adaptador pel mòbil.

Cons:

Els lavabos tenen un ventilador que funciona tota la nit i fa soroll. Vaig preguntar a la recepció i em van dir que per normativa no es podien apagar i és una mica molest.

Very practical and convenient
Pros:

Directly at Roppongi station, Tokyo is at your feet. Staff was very helpful, great english, absolutely nice. The room was small but tidy and comfortable. The facilities were great, doing laundry and having a lemon sour was good.

Cons:

Room was smaller than expected, but it started to make sense over the week.

Great location, tight rooms that need a scrub
Pros:

We had breakfast included and it was worth it. The buffet was fabulous and the cafe was lovely and charming as were the staff. The hotel staff were wonderful and very helpful, and I appreciated the free bath salts and face masks. We had two connecting rooms; the room and bathroom with two singles was bigger than the room with the double, but it was nice to have two spaces, otherwise, it would have felt even tighter than it was. The beds were okay--not as hard or uncomfortable as others. The hotel is right around the corner from Roppongi Station and all the shops you could need. It was a bit noisy at night but we were in the heart of the city so that's expected.

Cons:

I really feel like the rooms need a good once-over to clean the marks, scuffs and stains that were all over the walls and doors, and the dust around the edges of furniture. It just didn't feel overly clean and a good scrub would have done wonders. The bathroom curtain had a weird red stain that looked like blood, and the one issue we had, the front desk staff were quick to action it, apologizing profusely (even though it wasn't their fault) and hurrying to help us. There is no storage and the space is tight, so the hotel is better suited to short stays.

L’emplacement était très bien. L’hôtel est bien insonorisé. Le petit-déjeuner buffet était super.

Cons:

La chambre était assez humide et il y avait de la condensation qui se formait sur la fenêtre quand on l’ouvrait.
