トイレが小さいので、座ると便器にモノが当たる

男性スタッフは丁寧だけど、女性スタッフの態度が悪い

洗濯した後、取りに行くのが遅れたらナイロン袋にギュウギュウ詰めにされていた
洗濯後の方がシワシワになった。
取り出すのはいいが、その辺りの配慮はしてもらいたい

Excellent location. Friendly and professional staff. Reasonable price
Pros:

The location was excellent, near rail station, shops, and restaurants. The staff was professional, friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

The rooms were small but on par for the price.

Pros:

El personal era muy amable y atento en todo momento, contaba con todos los servicios esperados e incluso en recepción tenían disponibles, por ejemplo, planchita de pelo y vaporizador de rostro, además de las amenities básicas que se suelen ofrecer en Japón.
El self check-in y check-out son muy ágiles y fáciles. También nos guardaron el equipaje hasta nuestra llegada sin ningún problema.
Teniendo en cuenta las fotos, la habitación esperaba que fuera aún más pequeña, pero para los tamaños generales de Japón estuvo bastante bien.
La ubicación excelente en pleno centro de Roppongi a metros de la avenida principal, en la misma vereda, tiene el ingreso al metro y hay tiendas de conveniencia.

Cons:

Se podrían agregar un poco más de opciones de desayuno teniendo en cuenta el precio, pero para un día está bien, después hay muchas opciones para desayunar fuera.

La pulizia. Il servizio pulizia è su richiesta e comunque ogni 3 giorni. In 5 giorni nessuno ha mai pulito la stanza nemmeno apprendendo il previsto cartellino fuori dalla porta. Colazione sempre la stessa, sala colazione piccola e pica pulizia
