The room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Upon arrival we were greeted by some staff who weren't the most friendly but the guy who checked us in was lovely. The bath staff were also very nice and accommodating.
We decided to order breakfast in bed late in the ebeing requesting we have it delivered by 09:30/10:00. The meal was delivered on time, and by a very lovely staff member. The food was amazing and on the whole, felt our experience here was good value for money! Thank you!
Our experience was nothing short of amazing; however, we would have liked a balcony or outside area to relax and drink our champagne. We may have missed an outdoor area as we didn't really go looking for one. A balcony wiuld have been ideal. This being said, we understand this is not something that is easy to change.

The swimming pool was a nice bonus. The hotel was clean
No fridge in the room; when we were given it, it had not been cleaned before being given to us—mold inside, smelled and the door was broken and it didn't work properly, food didn't get cold.
The duvet needs replacing; the filling inside the duvet was very patchy, and the duvet cover was too big for the duvet, making it very uncomfortable to sleep under. A toilet brush was missing, and the tap in the bathroom was loose. The small shower head also needed replacing ,it was not very powerful.
Very clean, looked modern, nice attention to detail.
The fridges didn’t work, there were no plugs near mirrors to do your hair/ makeup. There was loud tv music that could be heard, even reception came up and investigated but couldn’t find where the noise was coming from.

TV didnt work and reception staff didnt inform of us how to work the lift.

We had problems with the air conditioning which only worked intermittently. The staff were extremely helpful in trying to sort it out and gave as complimentary parking to compensate.
Location and the buffet breakfast was the standouts.
For the money (£289+£50 on the room on arrival)
General cleanliness lacked in the room with hairs on the beds and limescale in many parts of the bathroom.
Paintwork in the room is also tired from what looked like previous room decorations. Staff were friendly.
