Établissement ultra bien localisé, excentré de Londres, proches de la ligne DLR et du métro. Le personnel est très accueillant et a l’écoute. Les chambres sont spacieuses.

Cons:

L’eau du jacuzzi pourrait être + chaude.

Pros:

The hotel staff were wonderful, especially Rona. She was very helpful and incredibly friendly. She made our week-long stay so enjoyable. It's wonderful to meet such dedicated people! The restaurant staff were also top-notch, providing us with a delicious breakfast each morning. It was the perfect place to celebrate the concerts, as the hotel is just one tube stop away from the O2 Arena.

A wonderful stay with exceptional service, beautiful facilities and a perfect location.
Pros:

Absolutely loved my stay here. The location is perfect for The O2 Arena, and the hotel itself is beautifully clean, well maintained and offers an excellent range of facilities and dining options. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, especially Irene, who went above and beyond. I also really appreciated the extended checkout. A wonderful experience — I’d happily stay again!⭐️

Amazing, clean and priced right. Would recommend!
Pros:

We had a really nice view, it’s close to transport links and the facility had anything you’d need for a stay. And the price was not bad at all. I would return.

Cons:

Everything was amazing, the only thing that was slightly annoying was the Bluetooth connection to speakers didn’t work and the TV was only channels and the connect to media had a YouTube icon but only radio when you went into it. Still amazing and didn’t bother us for the one night only.
