I didn’t fully enjoy our dinner at the restaurant. The service was a little slow, and because there were several large groups, it was quite noisy.

Boli sme tu už druhý krát, takže to hovorí za všetko :-).
Dokonca vyhoveli našej požiadavke a dostali sme rovnakú izbu.
Strava je skvelá, na raňajky lokálne produkty, veľa čerstvého ovocia a zeleniny.

Možnosť odloženia bicykla v osobitnej miestnosti.
Bonito hotel ao lado do lago, com uma ótima área comum. Excelente café da manhã, com preparo individual de ovos e toasts! Incluído, há uma atividade por dia (yoga, pilates, hiking) e 2h de spa a reservar (sauna e hidromassagem). O quarto é bom e limpo, mas pequeno pelo preço.
The hotel is at a brilliant location with most amazing views and in a walking distance to the lake.
The staff was most welcoming and friendly and also put an effort to make my birthday breakfast a little bit more special.
Breakfast was delicious, it's so nice to see they offer a spread of locally sourced food and support local farmers.
Dinner was a brilliant experience and the food was absolutely amazing.
Yoga and pilates session were perfect start of the day and love that that is a complimentary experience for guests.
Everything was clean and just as in the photos.

לא אהבתי את צוות הקבלה, לא מתקשרים עם האורח למעט דברים פורמלים. אני רשמתי שאנחנו מגיעים למלון לחגוג 50 שנות נישואים,, התאריך בדיוק ביום בו היינו במלון. זה שאין אפילו בקבוק מים בחדר לאורחים אלא הכל בתשלום במיניבר וגם כמקובל במלונות בעולם, כשחוגגים ארוע במלון יש איזו התייחסות בחדר ולא היתה, לפחות כשנרשמנו בקבלה פקיד הקבלה יכל לברך אותנו ליום הנישואים, זה לא עולה כסף. זה המלון היקר ביותר בטיול שלנו בקרואטיה וסלובניה, היו לנו חדרים יותר יפים, יותר זולים ויחס טוב יותר במהלך שהותנו במלונות האחרים. בגלל היחס ללקוח הציון שלי נמוך למלון
Breakfast was excellent..one of the best eggs benedict we've ever had. The hotel was lovely and felt so relaxed. We opted for the floating breakfast one morning which was fab also. The spa was lovely.
The air con in the room could be a bit cooler. Struggled to sleep as was quite warm.

Os funcionários poderiam ser mais atenciosos, no café da manhã em um dos dias a estação de ovos não havia nenhum funcionário para fazer, faltavam itens no café que não eram repostos.
O edredon poderia ser maior e travesseiros mais confortáveis.
The food has potential, but it feels like the kitchen is trying too hard to make every dish special and sophisticated. Unfortunately, instead of being memorable, some dishes come across as pretentious and overcomplicated. Sometimes simplicity would have worked much better, as the final result doesn’t always live up to the ambition behind it.
Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort, deshalb konnten wir vieles nicht nutzen, aber was wir gesehen und erlebt haben, war alles hervorragend. TOP Hotel in TOP Lage ***** Alles ist sehr hochwertig und mit Liebe zum Detail. Aus umeiner Sicht wären auch 5 Sterne angebracht.

Peaceful serene setting. Needed to recharge and it was perfect. Food was excellent, quiet room and enjoyed the wellness center both days. Had an amazing massage tonight top it all off.
