Amazing experience in super location, we’ll be back.
Pros:

Exceptionally clean, interesting decor, great location and friendly staff. Enjoyed the way they showcased the local produce. Cosy and comfy. The hotel went above and beyond to return a left item to us.

Cons:

Struggling to find anything worth noting.

Beautiful place, friendly people, we shall return!
Pros:

The rooms were clean, staff really friendly, food was delicious. Genuinely 10/10.

Recommend beef broth as a starter, the beef loin as a main, and literally any of the dessert options. We tried the strawberry tiramisu, gibanica & white chocolate with caramel. The latter was our fave but all of them were delightful.

The spa was beautiful but note, if you are English you do have to adhere to the dress code in the sauna (no swimwear as standard in Europe, important to stay respectful to this request!). We had no issue with this and had an amazing time, including relax massages which were great.

Cons:

All really great - one small thing - I would loved the outdoor fire to still be on. It was warm enough early October to have the evening outside by the fire.

Pros:

Hotel Bohinj was absolutely exceptional! Everything about our stay was wonderful. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, very comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast was outstanding, with a delicious variety of fresh, high-quality food and something for everyone.

The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel has a lovely, relaxing atmosphere, and the beautiful surroundings make it even more special.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

Safety Hazard!
Pros:

​The hotel has many positive aspects: the location is superb, the bedding is very comfortable, and the breakfast is truly delicious.

Cons:

Extremely disappointed with my stay. The hotel features exposed rough stone walls near the window/balcony. While it might be meant for aesthetics, it is a serious safety hazard. During my stay, I accidentally scraped my arm against the wall and ended up with a painful injury. The sharp, unprotected stone surfaces are unsafe and can easily hurt guests. Please beware of this property, especially if you travel with family or children.

Wer premium Preise aufruft muss auch premium Service liefern
Pros:

* Lage
* Das Zimmer war insgesamt akzeptabel.
* Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt in Ordnung.
* Die Mitarbeiter im Spa Bereich waren eine wohltuende Ausnahme gegenüber den Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und im Restaurant. Im Spa Bereich hatte man das Gefühl willkommen zu sein.

Cons:

* Kühler, unpersönlicher Empfang: Kein herzliches Willkommen, sondern lediglich die Aufforderung, den Ausweis vorzuzeigen.
* Fehlende Gästeinformationen: Kein Begrüßungsgetränk, keine Erklärung zum Hotel und keine Einführung in die Einrichtungen.
* Zimmer entsprach nicht ganz den Erwartungen: Der tatsächliche Eindruck war weniger überzeugend als auf den offiziellen Fotos.
* Keine Klimaanlage: Das Zimmer war entsprechend warm, ohne vernünftige Möglichkeit, die Raumtemperatur zu regulieren. Bei diesem Preisniveau ist das enttäuschend. Es gibt zwar eine Regelung bei der man eine Temperatur einstellen kann, aber mir wurde an der Rezeption nach Rückfrage bestätigt dass diese keine Funktion hat.
* Fragwürdige Begründung für die fehlende Klimaanlage: Das Hotel verweist auf seine Nähe zur Natur, während auf dem Dach ein deutlich sichtbarer Mobilfunkmast steht. Besonders amüsant: Auf den offiziellen Hotelfotos scheint dieser sorgfältig wegretuschiert worden zu sein.
* unzuverlässige zimmerreinigung. Manchmal kommt niemand und man muss an der Rezeption um frische Handtücher bitten.
* Enttäuschender Spa-Bereich: Für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse war der Wellnessbereich überraschend klein und bot weniger, als ich erwartet hatte.
* Von dem Frühstück hatte ich deutlich mehr erwartet. Gerade wenn man länger als eine Nacht bleibt wird es schnell eintönig. Bei den Brötchen hatte ich leider den Eindruck dass diese nicht frisch sondern nochmal aufgebacken waren. Gut fand ich die geräucherte Forelle und die frischen Smoothies. Schlecht, dass es für die ganzen Gäste nur einen kaffeevollautomaten gibt. Da muss man dann schon mal warten.
* Wie an der Rezeption hat man auch im Restaurant das Gefühl man stört als Gast die Mitarbeiter bei anderen Dingen.
* Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt zwar in Ordnung, aber bei Premiumpreisen erwarte ich auch ein entsprechendes Erlebnis – mit herzlichem Empfang, aufmerksamem Service und überzeugenden Einrichtungen.
