Pros:

This was such a wonderful hotel, front desk were wonderful, the pastry shop was so scrumptious. The room is compact but ours had an amazing balcony which I enjoyed my pastries and cafe latte on!!! It was magical ❤️

The rooms werevery nice and the hotelhandy to all the sites.
Pros:

Staff at the desk was always responsive. Having the bakery downstairs and a room to enjoy, our breakfast was a bonus. Location was excellent. room was beautiful and well-maintained for us.

Cons:

Although staff was quick to offer us a way to get to the airport refilled the cost was exorbitant. The taxi arrives 15 minutes late leaving us in a panic, but we did get there on time.

Pros:

Great location. Spacious suite - plenty of room for 4 people. Clean and very quiet. Very much walkable to anywhere you'd like to explore in Venice.

Cons:

Split bathroom was a minor inconvenience at times. One larger bathroom would have been preferred.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt mitten im Zemtrum von St.Marco mit kleinen Macken.
Pros:

Die Zimmer und das Bad sind ausreichend gross, die Betten bequem ein zusätzlicher Topper wird zur Verfügung gestellt.

Cons:

In manchen Zimmern liegen die Schlitze der Klimaanlage genau quer zu den Kopfkissen. Da kann man vor lauter Luftzug am Kopf kaum schlafen. Der Regler der Klimaanlage lässt sich sehr schwierig regeln, es gibt leider keine schriftliche Erklärung für die Reglerbedienung , sehr unangenehm !!

Easy location from the water taxi and only crossed one bridge.
Pros:

Our early arrival was accommodated. Front desk held our bags then let us know our room was ready early for us to check in.

Localização excelente, pessoal da portaria muito educados. A limpeza para mim é um ponto fundamental, quanto a isso o Rosa Salva é nota 10.

Great location, amazing space and value for money.
The staff is very polite and welcoming.
We stayed in a suite that is very spacious and modern. We really loved our stay.

Cons:

When we called the reception from the phone in our suite, we never received an answer or call back.
The TV is set up in German and there’s no assistance / internet connection in case you have to stay in and watch Netflix.
