Excellent location, great room & staff were amazing
Pros:

Excellent location, 4 mins walk to St Mark’s Square. Room was spacious & clean. The staff were fabulous & couldn’t do enough to help.

We had a fantastic stay, would highly recommend this hotel and would love to return.
Pros:

Suite was exceptional, clean, comfortable, great location. Lovely touches with water, coffee, juice supplied daily. Strong air conditioning was perfect. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We also loved the location.

Great location and clean rooms. Staff were generally helpful.

Cons:

Didn't love that the café that's part of the hotel wasn't clear when ordering breakfast that there are different prices for here and to go. Woman at the café was very rude. When we sat down with our food she said we couldn't sit down. We even went to the other side where it seemed to be part of the hotel and she came over and yelled at us again. Then we explained we were staying at the hotel and finally left us alone without any apology.
