Cozy laid back resort, friendly staff.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Spa on site. Shuttle service into town but only 1 time per day. Free bike hire but not in good condition. Would recommend and stay again.

Cons:

Pool smaller than expected and limited sunbeds. Some maintenance required in areas feeling a bit tired. A little isolated but the shuttle and bike hire compensated. Taxis cheap to get out also.
My account details were hacked due to virus on the hotel system. Received several scam messages about booking. This has been fixed now and staff apologised and offered meal in the restaurant as good will gesture.

Boutique feeling and very nice for relaxation
Pros:

Very comfortable room and lovely pool area. Boutique hotel feeling and nice gardens, with bikes available to borrow to get out. Massage on site and nice breakfast with friendly staff.

Cons:

Not so walkable to any high street areas or nice beaches and in the middle of many large hotel resorts so we found the location meant we felt a bit stuck inside the hotel but taking a grab it’s very easy to get into the town areas

Pros:

The villa was very beautiful and it was quiet

Cons:

The shower sprayed water all over the floor. My breakfast plates were left at the front of my villas door for multiple days- I had to ask staff to clear them but staff were the ones that moved them there.

Pros:

Great place to stay, a bit far from the beach but you can go by foot for 15-20 minutes or take a Garb, as the hotel free shuttle runs only once a day towards the beach. Liked the gardens and the restaurant, kind staff also :)

Hahah everything was great but if I could’ve changed something, I prefer soft pillows 🪷 seriously everything was perfect 🙏🏼

The staff were very helpful and extremely friendly. The grounds were well kept.

Our bathroom was very disappointing, it looked dirty, mouldy, rusty.

I expected more for the money
Pros:

Nice villa, great service, and excellent massage.

We were there during Nyepi, and the staff did their best to accommodate us during this time.

Cons:

Communication before arrival was not good, especially with Cindy, as she provided me with incorrect information about the laundry service. It wasn’t a good first impression.

The bathroom was not clean, but we asked to have it cleaned, so it wasn’t a big deal.

We found three cockroaches in the villa, but the staff reacted promptly and the manager also offered us compensation.

You can have a “villa” experience elsewhere for much less money.

It was a nice place to stay.
Pros:

Nice, charming atmosphere, spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff (including when I couldn’t get a taxi but badly needed one, the helpful staff saved the day for me).

Cons:

The breakfast was nice but the portions were a bit small
