Pros:

For me it is very comfortable and cosy, I like the location and the room .

Cons:

The safe box was not functioning but honestly it was short stay so I informed the hotel during checkout only but I guess if I told them they will solve this issue. In general the hotel I think needs to recheck the facility and the equipments in the rooms.

Favorite hotel in Amman
Pros:

Staff and service are exceptionally great, from front desk to concierge to the breakfast staff and housekeeping everyone went the extra mile and beyond with their friendliness and professionalism. Location is central and great and their breakfast is one of the best I’ve had in any hotel. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious.
