無料ラウンジが最高でした！お部屋にいるよりそっちで遊んでる時間の方が長かったです！
星空ツアーも、曇っててあまり見えなかったけど楽しかったです！

Cons:

部屋の冷房が強くて調節も難しかったです。
冷蔵庫が壊れていて動かず。でもスタッフの方がすぐに取り替えてくれました！

温泉に入り、ビールで寛ぎ放題の宿
Pros:

新しい形の温泉リゾートホテルライフだと感じました。ホテルでは、いつも部屋に閉じこもってテレビや音楽を聴くだけでしたが、このホテルには、寛ぎスペースがあり、ビール、おつまみ、アイスクリームは、飲み放題、食べ放題で、マンガや雑誌までかなりの充実度でした。

Great place to stay with family but it does get quite busy especially during the weekends. All in all we loved our 1 nig

Nice resort type feel. Lots to do for kids and the free amenities/snacks were great. Friendly staff, some who spoke great English which was a pleasant surprise as I didnt have to annoy them with my broken Japanese too much 😅 tattoo friendly hours for the bath was a nice bonus as well. Food options were great also.

Cons:

Bit of a hassle trying to get each person a locker for shoes, as we are a family of 5 and ended up with 5 locker keys plus 2 room keys and another wristband for additional charges. It would have been great to have a simple bathtub in the room but the onsen was fantastic and made up for it.

宿泊者限定コーナーがあり、時間によってイベントがやっていて、楽しかった。

Cons:

スタッフの対応があまりよくなかった。
フロントスタッフが手間取っており、時間がかかったのに、お待たせしましたや すみませんという一言もなく、施設の説明もなしにカギだけ渡されてよくわからなかった。
もう少し接客をきちんとした方がいいと思う

We did not care for the highly automated services... devices beeping loudly in the eating area to summon guests to pick up meals. Also the individuals at the table were all eating at different times

The hotel has amazing onsen

Cons:

Getting to the property from the airport, we couldn’t rent a car for some reason, we ended up with a taxi that really costed approx 400$, around the hotel there isn’t anything it’s meant to be spent all this time at the hotel if you are gonna stay there

夕食無しでレストランで自由にオーダーできる事とテイクアウトで部屋食できるのはいい
