Poor value for the money.
Pros:

The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. Location was great.

Cons:

There is no lobby nor registration desk. They usually have only 1 employee to help people check in or out on a laptop at a stand-only table. Room was extremely small, even after paying for an “upgrade”. Only 1 towel allotted per person and difficult to get more. Poor value for the money.

Decent. They tried really hard to right the wrongs which I appreciate. The check in process is a bit annoying

The rooms are big and the location was nice. The restaurant was probably the best part.

Cons:

Our air condition wasn’t working and was fixed the next day. They also ran out of towels often. Our check in was also pushed back two hours

Pros:

Easy to check in and out.
Great central location
Clean, Spacious rooms, comfortable beds
Helpful willing staff
Odd placement of electrical outlets made charging things awkward.
Room cleaning was inconsistent but ok

No small light for bathroom at night

Great time. Great location. Great service.
Pros:

What makes this place work so well is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I stayed her 3 times in a span of a month and a half from Los Angeles and loved it each time. The automated check in does not really work as the staff has to help people check in 80% of the time so it's not really a time saver but interacting with a staff member is so much more personal and you should COMPLETELY go back to that other than the kiosk as it does not work for most people.

Only the check in Kiosk. Everything was great. But again the bes i s the friendly staff.

I enjoyed my stay and the views were amazing!
Pros:

That the room were clean and so was the other areas inside , my room was very cold the bed was so comfortable and I ordered food and over slept you guys didn’t eat it . Also I love that their was a security guard there all night definitely would stay again

Cons:

I didn’t like having to plug up my coffee machine and one guy was very aggressive with his tone at the bar downstairs.

Good hotel with great location and staffs who try to help. Basic things in the rooms aren’t working well and need attent

Location. Cleanliness. Communication. Customer services. Rooms & facilities. Beautiful hotel. Good restaurant & bar.

Cons:

Basic things need attention and improvements such as broken coffee machine, in room telephone was not working for 47 hrs, long waiting (>30 mins) for replacement or request. WiFi signal is intermittent. Thankfully I did t need to work with a stable internet for this trip but my husband had to use his mobile phone network instead.
