Un luxe per final de viatge
Pros:

Hotel als peu del Llac, amb vistes inmillorables. Habitaciópns grans i elegants. L'esmorçar es molt complert i disposa de terrassa a l'exterior amb vistes al llac.
Te un restaurant de molta qualitat.
Personal amable i simpatic.

Ужасная работа персонала на стойке регистрации

Вид на озеро.

Cons:

Персонал отеля на стойке регистрации уставший. Я забронировал номер делюкс в этом отеле . Месторасположение отеля мне понравилось и я продлил свое пребывание еще на одну ночь и на следующий день начались страености в поведении сотрудников отеля. В 9 утра мне сказали что надо будет в 12 часов переселиться в другой номер так как этот номер звбронировали. Я им обьяснил что я его тоже забронировал и просил сотрудников остаться в номере и не переезжать в друной но мне отказали. В 12 часов я сдал ключи от номера и попросил дать ключи от нового номера на что я получил отчет что номер не готов и еще в нем делают клининг. Мне пришлось более 2 х часов ждать новый номер. Я не понимаю, почему меня выселили и переселили из первого номера в другой номер Они убирали номер в котором я жил для новых жтльцов, а также другой номер в который я должен был заселиться. . Где логика??? Это неразумно. После более 2х часов ожидания мне заявили что номер готов и повысили категорию номера до люкса. Я не просил сотрудников повышать мне номер на более высокую категорию а просил оставить меня в номере который был забронирован изначально. Сотрудники отеля могли бы переселить новых гостей в номер более высокой категории, а меня оставить в том же номере, и уборка не потребовалась бы. Сотрудники отеля создали для меня большие неудобства и мне пришлось более двух часов ждать номер. Поведение сотрудников у меня вызывает тревогу, видимо они "перегрелись" на работе и им пора в отпуск.
P.S. Сотрудники отеля продолжают утверждать что они мне сделали одолжение и повысили категорию номера, чтобы мне было комфортнее проживать, прилагаю фото где видно что пространство ванной открыто а душевая как уличный туалет и отражается через зеркало. Я проживал с семьей, ребенку 7 лет. Пришлось ждать когда ребенок уснёт и потом уже принимать душ.

Une parenthèse très agréable au bord du lac
Pros:

Très bel établissement avec chambre à la décoration sobre et soignée (vue lac et montagnes) Le petit déjeuner est vraiment top, en terrasse au plus pres du lac, avec des produits de qualité. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Disappointing
Pros:

The location directly opposite the lake is fantastic. Near swimming area, boats, and restaurants and cafes

Cons:

The rooms were not clean (we had a double room and a suite). The breakfast is limited and does not match what I expect from a four star hotel. We had lunch in the terrace and room service for dinner and both meals were disappointing. And the service was very slow. The swimming pool is tiny and uninviting. Also, the hotel hosted movie nights in the swimming area and left the projector and screen equipment lying around the pool during the day!
