Tudo. Castelo de 1410. Localização perfeita. Lugar lindo. Andamos de pedalinho e nadamos muito no fiord

Personnel très accueillant et très attentif avec notre petit chien.
Il n’y avait plus de places au parking mais nous avons pu faire garer la voiture à Beaurivage à deux pas.

Fabulous hotel and amenities, staff disappointing.
Pros:

The property is beautiful and my room incredibly comfortable. The en-suite was finished to a wonderful standard and what you would expect for the price. The location is great, direct access to the promenade and really close to the ferry port if you re travelling around Lake Geneva.

Cons:

The staff were rather unfriendly and made me feel that I was a hindrance. I appreciate they have rules but on learning the outside terrace was full they refused my request to take my drink to the private garden, instead forcing me to say inside where it was about 33 degrees without air con.

Гостиница супер!!! Расположение, лучше не придумаешь- на берегу Женевского озера , в минуту хотьбы от пляжа. Гостиница очень чистая, завтраки очень вкусные, персонал лучше всех похвал. Мы остались очень довольны

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr gut, wurde nur durch die umständliche Zimmerakrobatik um eine Stunde verkürzt.

Unpassendes Zimmer!!!
upper floor wurde Dachgeschosswunsch interpretiert .
Kleines Zimmer mit winzigem Fenster mit Blick auf den See!
Auf Nachfrage wurde ein ähnliches Zimmer angeboten!
Ein drittes und letztes Zimmer war um Klassen besser!

Enjoyed!
Pros:

Property was upscale and clean and conveniently located near train and sub station. We came in on a train and used the subway to check out the sights in town. The breakfast was above average and they have a roof top bar with a view. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

We had to leave which was my least favorite part.

Le sauna !!
Et cerise sur le gâteau le petit dej !
Personnel très accueillant !!

Cons:

Un peu de tensions internes dans l’équipe en charge de la terrasse pour un drink le soir.
Mais rien de bien méchant ;)

Perfekt!
Pros:

Ein Hotel in einem aufwendig restaurierten Schloss aus dem 12. Jahrhundert ist schon sehr außergewöhnlich. Die Zimmer sind groß und stilvoll eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt.
Das Hotel liegt direkt am Genfersee und verfügt trotzdem über einen Außenpool in einem schön angelegten Garten.Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ansprechend und vielfältig.

Pros:

wunderschönes hotel, tolle Lage direkt am See. Betten super bequem, Personal alle freundlich. Leider gibt es niemanden im hotel der deutsch spricht, das war leider etwas mühselig
